2024年是第47個全國(guo)“質(zhì)量月”,為積極(ji)響應(yīng)(ying)公(gong)司“質(zhì)量(liang)月”活動,氣(qi)化分(fen)廠緊密圍繞“加強(qiang)質(zhì)量支(zhi)撐(cheng)?共(gong)建(jian)質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)強(qiang)國(guo)”主(zhu)題(ti),結(jié)(jie)合實際扎實(shi)開(kai)展“質(zhì)量(liang)月(yue)”活動(dong),多措(cuo)并(bing)舉(ju),進(jin)一步提(ti)升全(quan)員(yuan)質(zhì)量(liang)意(yi)識(shi)及分(fen)廠(chang)質(zhì)量管理(li)水(shui)平(ping),推動分(fen)廠質(zhì)量工(gong)作持續(xù)有效(xiao)開展,切(qie)實確(que)保(bao)“質(zhì)(zhi)量月”活(huo)動(dong)真正落地(di)、取(qu)得實(shi)效(xiao)。
開展(zhan)專題(ti)宣(xuan)傳,營(ying)造(zao)濃厚氛圍。組(zu)織開(kai)展“質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)月”活動啟(qi)動會(hui),緊(jin)密(mi)圍(wei)繞“加強(qiang)質(zhì)量(liang)支(zhi)撐?共建質(zhì)量強(qiang)國(guo)”活(huo)動主題,利用(yong)班前班(ban)后會、分(fen)廠例會(hui)、專(zhuan)題會等形式(shi),貫徹(che)宣(xuan)傳文件(jian)精(jing)神(shen),明(ming)確活動(dong)重(zhong)點(dian),安(an)排(pai)活動方(fang)案(an),明確(que)職責分工(gong),為開展好質(zhì)(zhi)量月(yue)活動(dong)打(da)好(hao)基(ji)礎(chǔ)(chu)。通(tong)過懸掛(gua)質(zhì)(zhi)量月橫(heng)幅、發(fā)放質(zhì)量宣(xuan)傳冊(ce)、征集(ji)質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)漫(man)畫(hua)、微(wei)信(xin)群分享(xiang)質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)故事(shi)。觀(guan)看質(zhì)(zhi)量視(shi)頻(pin)等(deng)多(duo)種(zhong)形式,較(jiao)好(hao)地(di)營(ying)造(zao)了(le)“人人關(guān)心質(zhì)量、重視(shi)質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)的(de)”良(liang)好氛圍,提升了全員(yuan)質(zhì)量(liang)意識。
狠抓(zhua)檢(jian)修(xiu)過(guo)程,確(que)保(bao)檢修(xiu)質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)。針對氣(qi)化爐中修(xiu)工(gong)作,嚴(yan)格按照(zhao)檢(jian)修計劃,組(zu)織(zhi)檢修(xiu)工(gong)作(zuo),嚴格(ge)執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)設(shè)備(bei)驗收標(biao)準,落實(shi)檢修責(ze)任,規(guī)范(fan)作業(yè)行(xing)為(wei),提高設(shè)(she)備檢修(xiu)質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)和效率(lv)。實(shi)施科(ke)學(xue)合(he)理(li)的(de)檢修(xiu)策略(lve),確?!皯?yīng)修(xiu)必修、修必修(xiu)好(hao)”。分(fen)廠要求(qiu)設(shè)(she)備技(ji)術(shù)(shu)員每(mei)天(tian)深入(ru)生(sheng)產(chǎn)現(xiàn)(xian)場了解(jie)設(shè)(she)備運行情況,排除設(shè)(she)備(bei)隱患,統(tǒng)(tong)計(ji)需要檢修(xiu)的項目(mu),并對(dui)檢查(cha)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)形成(cheng)臺賬(zhang)。跟(gen)進(jin)檢(jian)修(xiu)進度(du),嚴(yan)格(ge)把關(guān)檢(jian)修質(zhì)量,對(dui)檢(jian)修(xiu)中(zhong)遇(yu)到(dao)的(de)難(nan)點(dian)、疑點(dian),聯(lián)合相(xiang)關(guān)(guan)單位及時(shi)召開專題會議討(tao)論(lun)研(yan)究,確保檢修的質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)效(xiao)率(lv)。通(tong)過(guo)“質(zhì)(zhi)量月”的活動(dong),分廠(chang)內(nèi)(nei)部(bu)形成(cheng)了(le)事前有標準(zhun)、過(guo)程有(you)控制(zhi)、事后(hou)有評(ping)比的(de)閉環(huán)(huan)管理(li),不斷總結(jié)(jie)改(gai)進,提高(gao)了(le)對檢(jian)修質(zhì)量(liang)的管(guan)控(kong)水(shui)平(ping),為(wei)加強(qiang)檢修(xiu)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chang)質(zhì)(zhi)量管(guan)理工(gong)作(zuo)奠(dian)定(ding)了基礎(chǔ)。
深化技能培訓(xun),提(ti)高(gao)員(yuan)工(gong)能力。員工(gong)是(shi)質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)的直(zhi)接(jie)創(chuàng)(chuang)造(zao)者(zhe),提(ti)升(sheng)員(yuan)工技(ji)能水平(ping)是保(bao)障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量(liang)的(de)關(guān)鍵(jian)。氣化(hua)分(fen)廠(chang)結(jié)(jie)合(he)實際情況,深入(ru)實施(shi)技能(neng)培(pei)訓(xun)計劃(hua)。優(yōu)化(hua)培訓(xun)方案,根據(jù)員工(gong)崗(gang)位特點(dian)和(he)技能(neng)需求,制(zhi)定(ding)個性(xing)化培訓(xun)方(fang)案(an),確保(bao)培(pei)訓內(nèi)(nei)容(rong)貼(tie)近實(shi)際、學以(yi)致(zhi)用。實操演練(lian)與(yu)理論學(xue)習相(xiang)結(jié)合,在培(pei)訓過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),注(zhu)重理論與實(shi)踐(jian)相結(jié)合,通(tong)過模(mo)擬(ni)操作(zuo)、案例分(fen)析等(deng)方(fang)式(shi),加(jia)深員工(gong)對知(zhi)識(shi)的(de)理解(jie)和掌握。
發(fā)揮(hui)黨建引(yin)領(lǐng),促進(jin)質(zhì)量(liang)提(ti)升。結(jié)合(he)質(zhì)(zhi)量月(yue)活動,圍(wei)繞“提高質(zhì)量(liang)意(yi)識 筑(zhu)牢(lao)質(zhì)(zhi)量基(ji)石”為主題組織開展“黨(dang)建(jian)+質(zhì)量”主(zhu)題(ti)黨日(ri)活(huo)動(dong)。邀請(qing)質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)計量(liang)中(zhong)心質(zhì)量(liang)專責進(jin)行質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)意(yi)識(shi)提(ti)升培(pei)訓,同(tong)時加強部門之間(jian)溝(gou)通(tong)聯(lián)(lian)系(xi)。與會(hui)黨(dang)員(yuan)圍繞自(zi)身崗(gang)位工(gong)作(zuo),就如(ru)何(he)更(geng)好(hao)開(kai)展分廠(chang)質(zhì)量管(guan)理工作及更(geng)好(hao)解(jie)決日(ri)常(chang)質(zhì)(zhi)量管(guan)理(li)中(zhong)存(cun)在的難點、熱(re)點問題(ti)展(zhan)開討論(lun)。對(dui)日(ri)常生產(chǎn)(chan)中工(gong)藝(yi)質(zhì)量(liang)問(wen)題產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)原因進行(xing)分析(xi),并對后續(xù)(xu)采(cai)取(qu)控(kong)制措(cuo)施進行(xing)了(le)探討學(xue)習(xi)。針對重點(dian)項目(mu)及(ji)揭榜掛(gua)帥(shuai)項目(mu)存(cun)在的(de)問(wen)題(ti),著(zhe)重進行了討論。深入查(cha)找(zhao)分(fen)析了(le)分廠質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)管理(li)中(zhong)的短(duan)板(ban)、不(bu)足(zu),并(bing)找(zhao)準(zhun)改進提升(sheng)措(cuo)施(shi),持(chi)續(xù)(xu)推動了(le)分廠質(zhì)量(liang)管理(li)水平的提升。
