近期,渭南市人社局(ju)對用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)勞動保障守(shou)法(fa)誠信情(qing)況(kuang)進(jìn)行(xing)了(le)等(deng)級評價,經(jīng)(jing)過(guo)企(qi)業(yè)(ye)自(zi)查(cha)、綜合(he)評(ping)價及(ji)勞(lao)動(dong)用工年(nian)檢(jian)等工(gong)作(zuo)流(liu)程(cheng),授(shou)予(yu)公(gong)司2020年度勞動(dong)保(bao)障(zhang)守法誠信(xin)等級評(ping)價(jia)A級(ji)企(qi)業(yè)(ye)榮譽(yù),對(dui)公司(si)勞動(dong)保(bao)障守法(fa)誠信工作(zuo)予(yu)以(yi)高(gao)度(du)肯定。
勞動(dong)保(bao)障(zhang)守(shou)法誠(cheng)信(xin)等(deng)級評價(jia)主(zhu)要是對(dui)企業(yè)遵(zun)守勞(lao)動(dong)保(bao)障法(fa)律(lv)、法(fa)規(guī)(gui)及(ji)規(guī)(gui)章制(zhi)度(du),履(lv)行守(shou)法誠(cheng)信(xin)義務(wù)(wu)方面(mian)的專(zhuan)項(xiang)評(ping)價。近年來,公(gong)司時(shi)刻(ke)秉(bing)持國企擔(dān)(dan)當(dāng)(dang),高度(du)踐(jian)行社(she)會責(zé)任(ren),嚴(yán)格執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)勞(lao)動保(bao)障(zhang)法律法規(guī)(gui),建(jian)立健(jian)全(quan)企(qi)業(yè)(ye)規(guī)章(zhang)制度(du),以(yi)人(ren)為(wei)本、關(guān)愛員(yuan)工,以實(shi)際行(xing)動詮釋了(le)“誠(cheng)信經(jīng)營、服務(wù)(wu)員工(gong)”的(de)宗(zong)旨(zhi)。
規(guī)(gui)范簽訂勞動合同。嚴(yán)格按(an)照(zhao)中(zhong)華人(ren)民(min)共(gong)和國《勞(lao)動(dong)法(fa)》及(ji)《勞(lao)動合同(tong)法(fa)》有(you)關(guān)規(guī)(gui)定(ding),制定(ding)公(gong)司《勞(lao)動合同(tong)管(guan)理辦(ban)法(修(xiu)訂)》,合法(fa)約(yue)定(ding)簽訂內(nèi)(nei)容(rong)及期限,規(guī)(gui)范簽(qian)訂(ding)合(he)作(zuo)勞(lao)動合同;建立勞動(dong)合同(tong)管(guan)理(li)臺(tai)賬(zhang),詳盡登(deng)記(ji)員(yuan)工(gong)勞動(dong)合(he)同簽訂信(xin)息,定期(qi)篩查到期情況(kuang),及(ji)時組織合(he)同續(xù)簽(qian),確(que)保勞動合同(tong)簽訂(ding)率(lv)100%。
合理支付工(gong)資(zi)福(fu)利(li)。公(gong)司(si)嚴(yán)格(ge)按(an)照(zhao)《薪酬管理制度》核算員(yuan)工(gong)各項(xiang)工資(zi),每(mei)月(yue)以現(xiàn)金形(xing)式(shi)按(an)期發(fā)放(fang);依據(jù)(ju)陜西(xi)省(sheng)公布的最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(zhun),及時(shi)調(diào)整公司(si)最低工(gong)資(zi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及相關(guān)假期(qi)待遇;積(ji)極關(guān)注(zhu)各項福(fu)利政策,按(an)時發(fā)(fa)放員工防暑(shu)降溫(wen)費(fèi)(fei)及取暖(nuan)費(fèi);足額支(zhi)付勞(lao)務(wù)(wu)派遣(qian)員(yuan)工各項(xiang)工(gong)資(zi)福利待遇(yu),督(du)促(cu)勞務(wù)(wu)派(pai)遣單(dan)位(wei)及時發(fā)放,確(que)保勞(lao)務(wù)派遣(qian)員工工資發(fā)放無拖(tuo)欠。
及時繳納社(she)會(hui)保(bao)險。公(gong)司高度(du)重(zhong)視員工(gong)社會(hui)保險繳納情況(kuang),將社(she)保(bao)費(fèi)(fei)用(yong)列(lie)入(ru)月(yue)度資金(jin)支付(fu)計(ji)劃(hua),公(gong)司(si)領(lǐng)(ling)導(dǎo)層(ceng)層把(ba)關(guān),按(an)時(shi)申(shen)報(bao),及(ji)時(shi)繳(jiao)費(fèi)(fei),不存在(zai)拖欠(qian)社保費(fèi)用問題(ti)。2020年(nian)元月(yue)份,積(ji)極(ji)響(xiang)應(yīng)(ying)醫(yī)保(bao)政(zheng)策(ce)改(gai)革(ge)要(yao)求,及(ji)時(shi)為(wei)員工(gong)繳(jiao)納生育保(bao)險(xian),有效(xiao)保(bao)障了(le)員工生育期間(jian)待遇(yu);2020年(nian)12月,在(zai)繳納工(gong)傷保(bao)險的(de)基(ji)礎(chǔ)(chu)上,新增(zeng)繳納(na)安(an)全生(sheng)產(chǎn)責(zé)任(ren)險,為(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)安全(quan)生(sheng)產(chǎn)保駕(jia)護(hù)航。
此(ci)外,公(gong)司嚴(yán)格(ge)遵(zun)守《勞動法》工作時間(jian)及(ji)休息休(xiu)假等(deng)相關(guān)規(guī)定(ding),對(dui)超(chao)額工(gong)作(zuo)員(yuan)工(gong)按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(zhun)核發(fā)加(jia)班(ban)工資,同時不斷修訂(ding)完善《員工(gong)休(xiu)假(jia)制(zhi)度》,切實保障(zhang)勞(lao)動(dong)者合(he)法權(quán)(quan)益(yi)。
