聚焦提升(sheng)安全管(guan)理能(neng)力(li),在(zai)構(gòu)建安(an)全生產(chǎn)新格(ge)局(ju)上(shang)跑出(chu)加(jia)速度。緊(jin)跟集團(tuán)(tuan)公(gong)司安(an)排部署,全面推動(dòng)重大事(shi)故專項(xiàng)排查(cha)整治(zhi)行(xing)動(dòng)(dong)走深(shen)走(zou)實(shí),2023年(nian)電儀分廠對(duì)(dui)照標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)持續(xù)(xu)排查和(he)整(zheng)改(gai)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)隱(yin)患(huan),共查出(chu)一般隱患(huan)333項(xiàng)(xiang),均完成整(zheng)改,上報(bào)(bao)涉(she)及(ji)電(dian)儀專業(yè)14項(xiàng)(xiang)重(zhong)大事(shi)故隱(yin)患(huan)已(yi)全部(bu)銷號(hào)(hao)。圍繞“扎牢(lao)安全生(sheng)產(chǎn)防護(hù)(hu)網(wǎng),控(kong)穩(wěn)(wen)安全生產(chǎn)基本(ben)盤”的思想(xiang),根(gen)據(jù)《全員安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)(ze)任制》,建立“一崗(gang)一清(qing)單”“一(yi)人(ren)一(yi)本(ben)賬(zhang)”,規(guī)(gui)范(fan)全(quan)員(yuan)安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chǎn)責(zé)任(ren)制(zhi)履職考(kao)評(píng)(ping),落(luo)實(shí)(shi)“以績(jī)(ji)取酬”長(zhǎng)效(xiao)機(jī)制(zhi),切(qie)實(shí)做(zuo)到(dao)“照單(dan)履職、多(duo)勞多得”,不(bu)斷(duan)激(ji)發(fā)(fa)員工(gong)安全生產(chǎn)(chan)積極(ji)性(xing)。分(fen)廠(chang)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)扎實(shí)組織(zhi)每周三專(zhuan)項(xiàng)檢查,建立安(an)全治(zhi)理閉環(huán)管(guan)理,牢控(kong)核心(xin)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)(chang),多(duo)維(wei)度齊抓(zhua)共管,確(que)保(bao)管(guan)控不留(liu)死(si)角(jiao)。

聚焦(jiao)提升技(ji)術(shù)(shu)創(chuàng)新(xin)能力(li),在(zai)打(da)造科技工廠(chang)爭(zhēng)(zheng)一流(liu)上跑出(chu)加(jia)速度(du)。2023年電(dian)儀分(fen)廠著(zhe)力(li)技術(shù)攻關(guān)(guan),實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)(xian)提質(zhì)(zhi)增效(xiao)。在(zai)高質(zhì)(zhi)量保(bao)障系統(tǒng)(tong)安全(quan)穩(wěn)(wen)定(ding)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)的(de)同時(shí),完(wan)成自主電(dian)儀(yi)專業(yè)技術(shù)(shu)改(gai)造(zao)57項(xiàng)(xiang)。分廠(chang)持續(xù)(xu)推(tui)進(jìn)(jin)電力系統(tǒng)優(yōu)(you)化(hua),結(jié)(jie)合前(qian)期(qi)電(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tǒng)事故(gu)及系統(tǒng)存在(zai)問(wen)題(ti),在(zai)公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)(dao)和(he)相(xiang)關(guān)部(bu)室的(de)大力(li)支(zhi)持(chi)下(xia),先(xian)后完(wan)成煤化(hua)工總(zong)變兩(liang)套消(xiao)弧(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)的升級(jí)(ji)改造,完(wan)成煤(mei)化工總變(bian)至302C、302B、302E聯(lián)(lian)絡(luò)(luo)電纜(lan)及(ji)配(pei)套(tao)設(shè)施的改(gai)造更換(huan)工(gong)作,高(gao)壓(ya)電纜(lan)總(zong)長(zhǎng)(zhang)度(du)達(dá)(da)19320米,成功消(xiao)缺前期(qi)事故產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)63個(gè)電纜(lan)中間(jian)頭(tou)隱(yin)患(huan)。完成復(fù)肥裝(zhuang)置(zhi)電(dian)源移(yi)位(wei)改造工作,消除高壓電(dian)纜(lan)中(zhong)間接頭32個(gè),并(bing)為(wei)煤化工后(hou)期滿(man)負(fù)(fu)荷生產(chǎn)置(zhi)換(huan)出8000KVA負(fù)(fu)荷(he)余量,為(wei)生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)安環(huán)穩(wěn)(wen)長(zhǎng)滿(man)優(yōu)(you)運(yùn)(yun)行提供(gong)了(le)有效(xiao)保障。
聚(ju)焦提(ti)升(sheng)黨建引領(lǐng)能力,在(zai)創(chuàng)(chuang)建(jian)黨業(yè)(ye)融(rong)合(he)新(xin)特色(se)上(shang)跑出(chu)加速(su)度(du)。電(dian)儀(yi)分(fen)廠(chang)黨總(zong)支牢固樹(shu)立(li)“圍繞生產(chǎn)抓(zhua)黨建、抓(zhua)好(hao)黨(dang)建(jian)促生(sheng)產(chǎn)”的指導(dǎo)思想,積(ji)極(ji)探索(suo)實(shí)(shi)踐(jian)黨建與生產(chǎn)經(jīng)(jing)營(yíng)的(de)融合(he)方(fang)式,充(chong)分(fen)發(fā)揮黨支部(bu)的(de)戰(zhàn)(zhan)斗(dou)堡(bao)壘(lei)和(he)黨(dang)員(yuan)先(xian)鋒模(mo)范作(zuo)用(yong),黨(dang)員技術(shù)骨(gu)干(gan)積極參加(jia)黨員揭(jie)榜掛帥、攻堅(jiān)(jian)克(ke)難(nan)、隱患(huan)排查(cha)整治(zhi)、降本(ben)增(zeng)效等(deng)活動(dòng)(dong),取得(de)了斐然(ran)的成績(jī)(ji)。分廠(chang)始終把(ba)職工(gong)的(de)冷(leng)暖放(fang)在(zai)心頭,適(shi)時(shí)(shi)送(song)清涼(liang),探望住院(yuan)職工(gong)及(ji)職工親(qin)屬(shu)病(bing)患(huan)慰問15人次,及時(shí)(shi)向(xiang)上(shang)級(jí)工(gong)會(huì)(hui)組(zu)織(zhi)反(fan)映(ying)員工(gong)實(shí)(shi)際困(kun)難和需(xu)求,使因女兒身(shen)患(huan)重(zhong)病(bing)的(de)員工趙(zhao)向(xiang)絨得到(dao)公司工會(huì)和(he)分廠工會(huì)的(de)及時(shí)(shi)救(jiu)助(zhu),營(yíng)(ying)造了團(tuán)結(jié)(jie)、民主、和諧(xie)的(de)工作氛圍。
