此(ci)次(ci)“大(da)比武(wu)”活(huo)動(dòng)由員工個(gè)(ge)人技(ji)能(neng)比武(wu)和(he)班組(zu)綜合(he)評(píng)(ping)比(bi)兩部分組成。員工個(gè)人技能包括安全(quan)理論(lun)考試、崗位(wei)技能及操(cao)作(zuo)技能(neng)等。班(ban)組(zu)綜合(he)評(píng)比包(bao)括班組標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)(zhun)化(hua)作業(yè)評(píng)比、“五(wu)個(gè)(ge)一”班(ban)組(zu)安(an)全活動(dòng)(dong)評(píng)比(bi)及班組(zu)“雙盲(mang)”演(yan)練(lian)評(píng)(ping)比。
員工(gong)安全(quan)理論考試采取筆試(shi)閉卷形(xing)式(shi)進(jìn)行,涵(han)蓋(gai)了(le)化工(gong)企業(yè)及鐵(tie)路(lu)運(yùn)(yun)輸相關(guān)的安(an)全(quan)要(yao)求(qiu)及(ji)業(yè)(ye)務(wù)(wu)技能知識(shí)。員(yuan)工崗位(wei)技(ji)能(neng)“大(da)比武(wu)”在(zai)煤化工(gong)站場(chǎng)(chang)拉開(kāi)帷幕(mu)。
“十(shi)車(chē)九管時(shí)間(jian)2分11秒,打(da)破紀(jì)錄(lu)”“平(ping)板(ban)支撐時(shí)(shi)間8分(fen)3秒(miao),打(da)破紀(jì)錄(lu)”隨著一(yi)聲(sheng)聲(sheng)打破(po)紀(jì)(ji)錄的聲音(yin),將技能(neng)“大比武(wu)”推向高(gao)潮(chao)。各選手(shou)在比武場(chǎng)(chang)上(shang)精(jing)神抖擻(sou)、思路(lu)清晰(xi)、動(dòng)作(zuo)規(guī)范、爭(zhēng)(zheng)先(xian)恐(kong)后,盡情在比武場(chǎng)上展示自己。
本次(ci)“大(da)比(bi)武”新(xin)加(jia)入(ru)班(ban)組評(píng)比環(huán)節(jié)(jie),班(ban)組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(zhun)化作(zuo)業(yè)的(de)評(píng)(ping)比(bi),從(cong)班(ban)組(zu)交(jiao)接(jie)班(ban)、班(ban)前會(huì)、調(diào)車(chē)(che)作業(yè)(ye)計(jì)劃編制傳(chuan)達(dá)(da)、各工(gong)種(zhong)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化(hua)作業(yè)情況(kuang)、記錄(lu)填寫(xiě)到交(jiao)班(ban),進(jìn)行全(quan)流程評(píng)(ping)比?!拔鍌€(gè)一”班(ban)組安(an)全(quan)活(huo)動(dòng)(dong)評(píng)(ping)比,班組(zu)“雙盲(mang)”應(yīng)(ying)急(ji)演(yan)練(lian)評(píng)(ping)比,由評(píng)分小(xiao)組(zu)人(ren)員(yuan)對(duì)班(ban)組三(san)項(xiàng)內(nèi)容進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)打(da)分,評(píng)出(chu)名次,并(bing)對(duì)(dui)比(bi)武(wu)前列的個(gè)(ge)人(ren)及(ji)班(ban)組進(jìn)行獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
