近日,從陜(shan)煤(mei)集團(tuan)工(gong)會(hui)女職委舉(ju)辦(ban)的(de)巾(jin)幗提(ti)素(su)建(jian)功(gong)主(zhu)題活動上傳來喜(xi)訊(xun),陜(shan)化(hua)公司工(gong)會女職(zhi)委(wei)被(bei)評為(wei)“先(xian)進女職工(gong)委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)”,宋(song)瑞蓮榮獲(huo)第四屆(jie)“十大杰(jie)出(chu)巾幗(guo)標(biao)兵(bing)”,尿(niao)素工(gong)序裝(zhuang)備提升(sheng)改(gai)造項(xiang)目(mu)中(zhong)控崗(gang)位被(bei)評(ping)為“巾(jin)幗(guo)建功示范崗(gang)”,馬(ma)永(yong)婷榮獲(huo)第(di)八屆“巾幗能(neng)手”,張武軍(jun)、許菊勤(qin)家(jia)庭(ting)為(wei)“五好(hao)文(wen)明家(jia)庭(ting)”,均(jun)受到(dao)陜(shan)煤(mei)集團(tuan)表(biao)彰(zhang)。

聚(ju)焦(jiao)權益維護 筑牢女(nv)職工(gong)
“保(bao)障(zhang)網(wǎng)(wang)”
依(yi)法保障特殊(shu)權(quan)益(yi)。參(can)與平(ping)等協(xié)商(shang)工(gong)作(zuo),從(cong)女職(zhi)工(gong)最關(guan)心的問(wen)題(ti)入(ru)手,以(yi)《陜(shan)西省實(shi)施女職工(gong)勞動保(bao)護(hu)特別(bie)規(guī)定(ding)》等(deng)法律(lv)法(fa)規(guī)為依據(jù)(ju),簽訂(ding)《女職(zhi)工(gong)特(te)殊權益(yi)保護專(zhuan)項(xiang)集體(ti)合(he)同》,切(qie)實保障女(nv)職工(gong)經(jīng)期(qi)、孕(yun)期(qi)、產(chǎn)(chan)期、哺(bu)乳期等(deng)合法(fa)權益。
推(tui)動女(nv)職工(gong)“兩(liang)癌(ai)”篩查全(quan)覆蓋,協(xié)(xie)調(diào)醫(yī)(yi)院開展(zhan)專(zhuan)項(xiang)健(jian)康(kang)體(ti)檢(jian)活(huo)動,惠及(ji)女(nv)職工627人(ren)次(ci),篩查異(yi)常(chang)情(qing)況及時(shi)跟(gen)蹤(zong)干預,守(shou)護女職工健(jian)康。
為(wei)公司(si)35歲以上(shang)在(zai)職女(nv)職(zhi)工辦(ban)理(li)特殊(shu)疾病(bing)保(bao)險(xian),建(jian)立健(jian)康檔案(an),提供(gong)醫(yī)療(liao)費(fei)用報(bao)銷綠(lv)色(se)通(tong)道,減(jian)輕(qing)女職工(gong)醫(yī)(yi)療(liao)負擔。兩(liang)年(nian)來辦理(li)女(nv)職工特殊疾病保險(xian)971人。
針(zhen)對(dui)女(nv)職(zhi)工提出(chu)的接種宮(gong)頸(jing)癌疫苗需(xu)求,與(yu)渭(wei)南市華(hua)州(zhou)區(qū)疾(ji)病預(yu)防控制中心多次(ci)協(xié)調(diào)(diao),開(kai)展(zhan)“工(gong)會(hui)幫你(ni)約(yue)”女職(zhi)工HPV疫(yi)苗(miao)統(tǒng)(tong)一預約(yue)集(ji)中(zhong)接種活(huo)動,解決了女職工(gong)疫(yi)苗預(yu)約(yue)難的問題(ti)。聯(lián)(lian)合疾控(kong)中(zhong)心開展(zhan)“宮(gong)頸癌(ai)預防(fang)和(he)HPV疫(yi)苗預約(yue)和(he)接種(zhong)”專題講(jiang)座(zuo),針(zhen)對(dui)女(nv)性宮頸癌預防(fang)、艾滋(zi)病等(deng)相關知(zhi)識(shi)進(jin)行授課(ke)?;?hu)動環(huán)(huan)節(jié),參(can)與(yu)課程的(de)二(er)百余名(ming)女職工(gong)就關注的(de)熱點(dian)問(wen)題進行詢(xun)問,并(bing)收到了精心準(zhun)備的(de)小禮物。

崗(gang)位(wei)建(jian)功(gong)創(chuàng)(chuang)佳績。兩(liang)年(nian)來,先(xian)后有(you)15名女(nv)職工榮(rong)獲公(gong)司(si)年(nian)度(du)“先(xian)進個人”,369名(ming)女(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)獲(huo)得(de)“星級員工”。選(xuan)樹(shu)公(gong)司(si)級(ji)“巾幗(guo)標兵(bing)”40名,“巾(jin)幗建功(gong)示范(fan)崗”16個(ge),16戶家(jia)庭獲“五好文(wen)明(ming)家庭(ting)”。2人分(fen)別(bie)榮獲陜西(xi)省能源(yuan)化學(xue)地(di)質(zhì)(zhi)工會(hui)“五(wu)一巾(jin)幗(guo)標(biao)兵(bing)”和“陜(shan)西省產(chǎn)(chan)業(yè)(ye)工匠(jiang)”榮(rong)譽稱(cheng)號。3名女(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)組隊(dui)參加陜(shan)西省(sheng)“未(wei)來能(neng)源(yuan)杯(bei)”化工檢(jian)驗員(yuan)項目(mu)大賽(sai),獲得(de)總成(cheng)績團體(ti)二等獎的(de)好成績(ji)。
2024年(nian)公(gong)司系統(tǒng)(tong)大檢修(xiu)工(gong)作期間,開展女職工(gong)“三(san)八”安全監(jiān)督(du)崗活(huo)動,11個單(dan)位(wei)57名(ming)女職工參與(yu)監(jiān)(jian)督崗(gang)工(gong)作,她們深(shen)入(ru)現(xiàn)場(chang)查違章(zhang)、除隱(yin)患,制止(zhi)“三違(wei)”現(xiàn)(xian)象,助(zhu)力安全(quan)文(wen)明檢(jian)修。檢(jian)修(xiu)期間(jian)共杜絕(jue)和糾(jiu)正(zheng)違(wei)章(zhang)1063人(ren)次(ci)。

做(zuo)實暖(nuan)心服(fu)務(wu) 打造女(nv)職(zhi)工
“幸福圈(quan)”
重(zhong)點關(guan)注(zhu)困難(nan)女(nv)職(zhi)工家庭(ting),兩(liang)年來,慰問困(kun)難女職(zhi)工10戶(hu),送(song)去慰(wei)問金和(he)慰問品(pin)2萬余(yu)元。為1名(ming)女職(zhi)工從(cong)陜(shan)西省(sheng)職工(gong)互(hu)助(zhu)保險(xian)辦事(shi)處(chu)申(shen)請愛心(xin)慰(wei)問金(jin)0.2萬元(yuan)。“六一(yi)”期(qi)間(jian)為單(dan)親困(kun)難(nan)女(nv)職(zhi)工子(zi)女(nv)送(song)去(qu)書(shu)包(bao)、圖(tu)書(shu)和(he)慰問金(jin)。
堅持每(mei)年(nian)“三(san)八”節(jié)(jie),開(kai)展(zhan)致全體女(nv)職(zhi)工(gong)一(yi)封(feng)慰(wei)問信(xin)、送一份節(jié)(jie)日禮(li)物(wu)、基層女(nv)工(gong)特色(se)活(huo)動(dong)等(deng)系列(lie)活(huo)動(dong),將(jiang)企業(yè)的溫(wen)暖(nuan)傳(chuan)遞(di)給每(mei)名(ming)女工。
秉承(cheng)為(wei)職工辦實(shi)事(shi)、解(jie)難題(ti)的初(chu)心(xin),組織青年聯(lián)誼交友(you)活(huo)動(dong),聯(lián)(lian)系地(di)方四(si)家醫(yī)院(yuan)120余名單(dan)身(shen)青(qing)年(nian)參(can)加,在搭建青年崗位(wei)成(cheng)才平臺的基(ji)礎上(shang),為廣(guang)大(da)青年(nian)朋友搭建鵲(que)橋(qiao)。
開(kai)辦三(san)期(qi)“太(tai)陽(yang)花”職(zhi)工(gong)子女愛心(xin)托(tuo)管(guan)班,每(mei)年招(zhao)收(shou)5-12歲職(zhi)工(gong)子女(nv)120余(yu)名,配(pei)備(bei)專業(yè)(ye)教師和志愿(yuan)者,引進外部(bu)優(yōu)質(zhì)資(zi)源,開(kai)展安全(quan)講堂(tang)、紅色(se)教育(yu)、讀書(shu)分(fen)享、親(qin)子運(yun)動(dong)會(hui)、非(fei)物(wu)質(zhì)(zhi)文化研學等(deng)特(te)色實(shi)踐(jian)活動,獲得員工(gong)家(jia)長(zhang)一(yi)致(zhi)好評(ping)。
