7月29日,公司(si)安(an)全文(wen)化與(yu)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(xian)管(guan)控品(pin)牌建(jian)設(shè)項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu)啟動(dòng)儀式在集團(tuán)公司一(yi)樓(lou)會(huì)議室成功召(zhao)開。本次大(da)會(huì)的(de)召(zhao)開(kai)標(biāo)志(zhi)著中港金(jin)邦(北(bei)京)國(guo)際文化咨詢有(you)限公司與(yu)公(gong)司(si)安(an)全(quan)文(wen)化與(yu)風(fēng)(feng)險(xiǎn)管控(kong)品(pin)牌建設(shè)(she)項(xiàng)(xiang)目正式進(jìn)入(ru)實(shí)(shi)施(shi)階段(duan),開(kai)啟了公(gong)司(si)安(an)全(quan)管(guan)理(li)的(de)新局(ju)面(mian)。
啟動(dòng)(dong)會(huì)(hui)議(yi)邀(yao)請(qǐng)(qing)中(zhong)港(gang)金(jin)邦(bang)公司總(zong)經(jīng)(jing)理薛立新(xin)、中港(gang)金邦(bang)陜西(xi)分(fen)公司總經(jīng)理(li)吳(wu)澤(ze)生以及安全(quan)文(wen)化(hua)專家(jia)出(chu)席(xi)。公(gong)司黨委(wei)書記(ji)、董事(shi)長屈戰(zhàn)(zhan)成,總經(jīng)理(li)燕(yan)鴻(hong)文(wen)及其(qi)他班子成員(yuan),以及(ji)中層(ceng)管(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)、安全管(guan)理(li)人員、技(ji)術(shù)人員和操作(zuo)人(ren)員代(dai)表300余人參(can)加了會(huì)議。會(huì)(hui)議由(you)燕鴻(hong)文主持(chi)。
屈(qu)戰(zhàn)成作了(le)大(da)會(huì)(hui)致(zhi)辭,他認(rèn)(ren)為(wei),公司(si)與(yu)中(zhong)港金邦(bang)的“聯(lián)(lian)姻(yin)”以及(ji)本(ben)次(ci)啟動(dòng)(dong)大會(huì)的召開(kai),翻開(kai)了公(gong)司(si)安全(quan)管理(li)新的(de)篇(pian)章。他(ta)指出(chu),公(gong)司(si)在50多(duo)年的發(fā)(fa)展歷(li)程中,秉(bing)持“誠(cheng)信、務(wù)實(shí)、卓(zhuo)越”的文(wen)化(hua)理(li)念,從(cong)職(zhi)業(yè)健康安全(quan)管(guan)理(li)體(ti)系的建立(li)到(dao)安(an)全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)(zhun)化(hua)二級(jí)企業(yè)(ye)的(de)達(dá)(da)標(biāo)(biao)驗(yàn)收,安(an)全管(guan)理(li)基(ji)礎(chǔ)(chu)得到(dao)了不(bu)斷夯實(shí)。但安全生產(chǎn)(chan)形勢(shì)(shi)依(yi)然(ran)非(fei)常(chang)嚴(yán)(yan)峻,安(an)全風(fēng)(feng)險(xiǎn)(xian)還沒有(you)實(shí)現(xiàn)(xian)可控,多(duo)年來形(xing)成(cheng)的傳統(tǒng)管(guan)理模(mo)式(shi)和慣(guan)性思(si)維(wei)習(xí)慣(guan)已經(jīng)嚴(yán)(yan)重制(zhi)約著公司的安(an)全發(fā)(fa)展。要(yao)破解(jie)難(nan)題(ti),必須(xu)把(ba)安全管理上升(sheng)到文化(hua)的高度(du),讓管理(li)成(cheng)為(wei)文(wen)化,用(yong)文化(hua)管控安全,達(dá)到(dao)人、機(jī)(ji)、環(huán)、管(guan)最(zui)佳(jia)匹(pi)配化水平(ping)的提(ti)升,實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)公(gong)司(si)長(zhang)周期(qi)安全生產(chǎn)和零傷害(hai)目(mu)標(biāo)。
