9月(yue)22日上午(wu),公(gong)司(si)黨委在二(er)樓會(hui)議(yi)室(shi)召開(kai)三(san)季度政(zheng)工(gong)例(li)會,總(zong)結(jié)(jie)前三(san)季度黨建、工會和紀(ji)委(wei)工作(zuo),對四季度工(gong)作(zuo)做(zuo)出(chu)安(an)排部署。公司(si)分(fen)管領(lǐng)導、黨(dang)工(gong)紀各部(bu)門工作人(ren)員(yuan)、各(ge)總支(zhi)和支(zhi)部書記參(can)加了會議(yi)。會(hui)議(yi)由黨委副書(shu)記(ji)、工會主(zhu)席(xi)賈(jia)健(jian)喜主(zhu)持,黨(dang)委(wei)書(shu)記(ji)、董(dong)事(shi)長(zhang)屈戰(zhàn)(zhan)成(cheng)出席(xi)會議并講(jiang)話。
屈(qu)戰(zhàn)成(cheng)講(jiang)話(hua)指(zhi)出(chu),今年(nian)以來(lai),公(gong)司(si)持續(xù)圍(wei)繞(rao)安(an)全(quan)工(gong)作、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)(jing)營工(gong)作(zuo)開(kai)展“隱患(huan)大排(pai)查(cha),管理大(da)提(ti)升”,黨(dang)群(qun)各部(bu)門(men)都在各自(zi)職責(ze)范圍(wei)內(nèi)(nei),積極融(rong)入(ru)融合生(sheng)產(chǎn)經(jīng)營核心(xin)工作(zuo),服(fu)務一線基(ji)層(ceng),收(shou)到(dao)了(le)很(hen)好的(de)效果。
對黨群工(gong)作提(ti)出(chu)四(si)點(dian)要求(qiu)。一要(yao)對黨忠(zhong)誠(cheng)講(jiang)政治。檢驗(yan)黨員干(gan)部(bu)是(shi)不是對(dui)黨(dang)忠誠(cheng),關(guān)鍵要是不是(shi)認真(zhen)落(luo)實了中(zhong)央(yang)規(guī)定(ding),做到了(le)令行禁(jin)止,政(zheng)令(ling)暢通(tong);是(shi)不是認真(zhen)貫(guan)徹(che)落實公(gong)司(si)黨委安排(pai)部(bu)署(shu),做(zuo)到企業(yè)大(da)事(shi)心中有(you)數(shù)(shu);是(shi)不(bu)是胸懷目標(biao)和責(ze)任(ren),想(xiang)方設(shè)(she)法(fa)完成(cheng)公司(si)確(que)定(ding)的任(ren)務(wu)目(mu)標(biao)。黨(dang)群(qun)各(ge)部門(men)要(yao)結(jié)(jie)合(he)自己(ji)的職(zhi)責(ze),抓(zhua)好干(gan)部(bu)作風(feng)、抓好(hao)班(ban)組建(jian)設(shè)(she),抓實政(zheng)策(ce)制度落(luo)實,抓(zhua)好(hao)典型宣(xuan)傳,強化(hua)執(zhí)行(xing)監(jiān)督(du);各支(zhi)部書記要扛(kang)起安全主責(ze)主(zhu)業(yè)(ye),落實員工(gong)培(pei)訓(xun)教(jiao)育,做(zuo)實(shi)雙(shuang)項(xiang)機(ji)制(zhi),做細每(mei)一項具體工(gong)作。二(er)要(yao)結(jié)(jie)合實(shi)際講實效(xiao)。貫(guan)徹(che)新(xin)發(fā)展(zhan)理念(nian),運(yun)用新(xin)思(si)維方(fang)式,用好(hao)人,管好(hao)事(shi),找準(zhun)癥(zheng)結(jié),積極(ji)防范(fan)風(feng)險。要(yao)發(fā)(fa)揮骨(gu)干作用,讓(rang)手(shou)下(xia)人(ren)成(cheng)為能人、成為(wei)英雄(xiong),帶(dai)出業(yè)務精(jing)、能力強(qiang)的骨干隊(dui)伍。各(ge)支部書(shu)記(ji)要把公(gong)司的形勢(shi)宣(xuan)傳好(hao)、教育(yu)好,更(geng)要動(dong)員(yuan)員(yuan)工(gong)盡職(zhi)盡(jin)責(ze),克己奉(feng)公。三(san)要善于作為講(jiang)擔(dan)當(dang)。支(zhi)部(bu)書(shu)記(ji)要(yao)聚焦單位(wei)核(he)心(xin)業(yè)務(wu)抓(zhua)班子,壓實管理(li)責任(ren),明(ming)確考評(ping)指標,圍(wei)繞(rao)公司下達(da)的(de)目標任(ren)務不(bu)斷(duan)努(nu)力。要用(yong)好(hao)各(ge)種考(kao)評(ping)辦法帶隊(dui)伍(wu),讓(rang)有技(ji)術(shù)、有能力、有(you)水(shui)平(ping)的人(ren)員脫(tuo)穎(ying)而出,構(gòu)建本(ben)單位良好(hao)的政(zheng)治(zhi)生(sheng)態(tài)。要胸(xiong)懷未(wei)來促發(fā)展(zhan)。把黨(dang)的事業(yè)(ye)放在心上(shang),在(zai)安全環(huán)保(bao)、生(sheng)產(chǎn)經(jīng)營和降本(ben)創(chuàng)(chuang)效上做(zuo)出優(yōu)異(yi)成(cheng)績。四要追趕超(chao)越講(jiang)格(ge)局(ju)。所(suo)有(you)中(zhong)層(ceng)管理(li)人員(yuan)都(dou)要(yao)習慣(guan)在各(ge)種(zhong)排(pai)名下(xia)努(nu)力(li)工(gong)作。管理(li)部(bu)室要(yao)公平公正,準(zhun)確評(ping)價(jia)各(ge)項工作。各(ge)基層單位(wei)要(yao)眼(yan)睛(jing)向(xiang)內(nèi)找問(wen)題,提(ti)升(sheng)管理水(shui)平,促(cu)進(jin)生產(chǎn)(chan)運(yun)行、提升經(jīng)營(ying)效果。管(guan)理(li)部室(shi)、經(jīng)(jing)營單位(wei)都要(yao)深入(ru)基(ji)層(ceng)調(diào)(diao)研,了(le)解(jie)基層困(kun)難和需(xu)求,解決自己職(zhi)責(ze)內(nèi)(nei)的(de)問題(ti),切實(shi)為(wei)基(ji)層減負(fu)解(jie)困(kun)。

會(hui)議(yi)對(dui)紀(ji)檢(jian)監(jiān)察(cha)工作進行(xing)了(le)總(zong)結(jié),指(zhi)出(chu)了短(duan)板(ban)和弱(ruo)項。對(dui)紀檢(jian)監(jiān)察工作提出了要(yao)求。一要(yao)開展(zhan)安(an)全生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)領(lǐng)域監(jiān)督執(zhí)紀(ji)問(wen)責,緊盯(ding)安全(quan)、環(huán)保(bao)、資(zi)金管(guan)理、工(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設(shè)、原(yuan)材料采購(gou),強化監(jiān)(jian)督(du)問責(ze);二(er)要圍(wei)繞“隱(yin)患(huan)大排(pai)查(cha)、管(guan)理大(da)提升”主(zhu)基調(diào),深化干部作(zuo)風專項治(zhi)理(li),組(zu)織好(hao)警示教育(yu)大會(hui);三(san)要(yao)抓(zhua)好(hao)抓(zhua)細(xi)抓實日常(chang)監(jiān)督工(gong)作,積(ji)極防(fang)范(fan)和(he)化(hua)解(jie)風(feng)險。列出日(ri)常監(jiān)(jian)督清單,靈(ling)活運(yun)用監(jiān)(jian)督(du)形式(shi),把“四種形(xing)態(tài)(tai)”運(yun)用(yong)落(luo)到實(shi)處;四(si)要(yao)深(shen)化(hua)“德潤(run)陜(shan)煤”系列家(jia)庭家(jia)教(jiao)家(jia)風建設(shè),組織(zhi)好(hao)家(jia)庭(ting)助廉座談(tan)會;五要深(shen)化(hua)“四(si)風(feng)”整(zheng)治(zhi),推進(jin)中央(yang)八項規(guī)定精神落(luo)實,對2021年(nian)中(zhong)省紀(ji)委(wei)通報的典(dian)型案(an)例(li)整理學習。結(jié)合黨(dang)史(shi)學(xue)習教(jiao)育,切實(shi)為(wei)民(min)辦(ban)實事(shi),開(kai)展群(qun)眾身邊的(de)腐敗問(wen)題(ti)查(cha)處(chu),對工資(zi)發(fā)(fa)放(fang)進行專(zhuan)項(xiang)監(jiān)(jian)督檢(jian)查(cha);六(liu)要做好黨委換(huan)屆(jie)工作,責任(ren)追(zhui)究體系(xi)建設(shè)(she)助(zhu)推(tui)工(gong)作(zuo)。
