2023年11月8日,質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)計(ji)量中(zhong)心比迪(di)歐檢驗室(shi)傳來(lai)喜(xi)訊(xun),DS2500L近(jin)紅(hong)外(wai)光譜(pu)儀(yi)測(ce)定PTMEG標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)樣(yang)品(pin)分(fen)子量(liang),建模成功(gong)后(hou),連續(xù)(xu)七次測(ce)定結(jié)(jie)果(guo)極差為2g/mol以(yi)內(nèi),測量(liang)誤(wu)差小于(yu)國(guo)標(biāo)(biao)要(yao)求(qiu)≤6g/mol,此項數(shù)(shu)據(jù)(ju)標(biāo)(biao)志著本次(ci)儀器調(diào)試成功,可正(zheng)式投入(ru)生產(chǎn)(chan)使用(yong)。
采用近(jin)紅(hong)外光譜(pu)儀進(jin)行PT分子(zi)量(liang)測定技術(shù)是(shi)近(jin)年新興(xing)的測(ce)定技術(shù)(shu)之(zhi)一(yi)。質(zhì)(zhi)量計量(liang)中心對標(biāo)國內(nèi)其他(ta)PT生(sheng)產(chǎn)廠(chang)家(jia)先進(jin)的(de)分析方法(fa),與PT生產(chǎn)(chan)、使(shi)用(yong)廠(chang)家進行(xing)溝通(tong),了解(jie)近紅外(wai)光(guang)譜儀測(ce)定PTMEG分子(zi)量方法(fa)使(shi)用(yong)情況(kuang),并借用(yong)一(yi)臺(tai)近紅(hong)外(wai)光譜(pu)儀(yi)進行(xing)PTMEG分(fen)子(zi)量(liang)測(ce)定(ding),測(ce)定(ding)時(shi)僅(jin)需(xu)0.8ml左(zuo)右樣品,不(bu)加任何試劑(ji),采(cai)用(yong)近(jin)紅(hong)外(wai)光(guang)譜儀掃(sao)描,測(ce)定過(guo)程僅需(xu)1分鐘(zhong),效率遠遠高(gao)于(yu)現(xiàn)有(you)測(ce)定(ding)一(yi)個樣品(pin)所(suo)需(xu)40分(fen)鐘(zhong)的(de)容(rong)量(liang)分析(xi)法。質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)計(ji)量(liang)中心(xin)經(jīng)(jing)多方驗(yan)證后方(fang)法可(ke)靠(kao),確定將近紅(hong)外光譜(pu)儀(yi)進行(xing)PTMEG分(fen)子量(liang)測(ce)定(ding)作為(wei)2023年質(zhì)量(liang)計量中心的對(dui)標(biāo)(biao)課(ke)題,并(bing)向公司申報(bao)計劃。
公(gong)司(si)招標(biāo)回的DS2500L近紅(hong)外(wai)光(guang)譜儀(yi)由(you)瑞士(shi)萬通(tong)中(zhong)國有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)工程師進(jin)行技術(shù)指(zhi)導(dǎo)(dao),質(zhì)量計(ji)量中心(xin)負(fu)責(zé)(ze)人、設(shè)備(bei)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)員全程(cheng)跟蹤(zong)安(an)裝(zhuang)調(diào)試并(bing)進行儀器診(zhen)斷(duan)、儀(yi)器(qi)校正、建(jian)模(mo)、測(ce)試(shi)試驗(yan),同時(shi)安排(pai)萬通(tong)工程師對(dui)技術(shù)(shu)員、班長(zhang)、部分分析工(gong)進行了(le)業(yè)(ye)務(wù)(wu)培訓(xùn),對(dui)分子量(liang)測定(ding)建(jian)模方法、測(ce)定過(guo)程、儀(yi)器(qi)使(shi)用(yong)注意(yi)事(shi)項、日(ri)常維(wei)護、應(yīng)(ying)用特點(dian)等(deng)進(jin)行理(li)論和(he)實(shi)操(cao)演示(shi)培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun),并(bing)由技(ji)術(shù)員(yuan)形成紅外(wai)光(guang)譜儀(yi)測定分(fen)子量(liang)操(cao)作規(guī)(gui)程和紅外光(guang)譜(pu)儀建(jian)模(mo)操(cao)作規(guī)程。新儀器的(de)引(yin)入,不僅使PTMEG產(chǎn)(chan)品(pin)分(fen)子(zi)量(liang)測(ce)定(ding)過程更(geng)簡(jian)單、快(kuai)捷、測定過程樣品(pin)需求(qiu)量更(geng)小(xiao)、使用(yong)化(hua)學(xué)試劑(ji)更少、溶(rong)劑的消(xiao)耗更低,同(tong)時(shi)也減少(shao)了分(fen)析試劑對環(huán)(huan)境(jing)的污(wu)染(ran),分(fen)析成(cheng)本(ben)大幅度降低,測(ce)定(ding)過(guo)程(cheng)更(geng)加(jia)綠色(se)環(huán)(huan)保(bao)。
