2022年7月6日(ri),由科(ke)技(ji)發(fā)(fa)展(zhan)部(bu)組(zu)織實(shí)(shi)施的陜化OTS仿真系統(tǒng)(tong)開(kāi)工會(huì)召開(kāi),公(gong)司人(ren)力資源(yuan)部(bu)、氣(qi)化分(fen)廠、動(dòng)(dong)力(li)分(fen)廠(chang)、電(dian)儀(yi)分廠(chang)等(deng)有關(guān)(guan)部(bu)門(mén)(men)以(yi)及項(xiàng)(xiang)目實(shí)(shi)施單位(wei)浙(zhe)江(jiang)中(zhong)控(kong)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)股(gu)份有(you)限(xian)公司參加會(huì)議。會(huì)(hui)議的(de)順利召(zhao)開(kāi)標(biāo)志(zhi)著(zhe)陜化(hua)OTS建設(shè)正(zheng)式啟動(dòng)(dong)。
陜化(hua)OTS仿真系統(tǒng)(tong)建(jian)設(shè)是(shi)針對(duì)(dui)公司(si)主(zhu)體生產(chǎn)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中的水煤(mei)漿(jiang)氣(qi)化裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(四臺(tái)(tai)水(shui)煤漿(jiang)氣化(hua)裝(zhuang)置包(bao)括煤漿制備、氣化、灰(hui)水處理、凈化(hua)工段)、3*260T/H煤(mei)粉爐+2*25MW機(jī)組(zu)生(sheng)產(chǎn)裝(zhuang)置定制(zhi)開(kāi)發(fā)裝置仿真培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun)系統(tǒng)。即以(yi)主體生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)裝置的處理(li)量、PFD和P&ID、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)(chang)生產(chǎn)(chan)數(shù)據(jù)(質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)和(he)能(neng)量平(ping)衡數(shù)據(jù)(ju))、控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tǒng)(DCS、CCS、 SIS和ESD等)、復(fù)(fu)雜(za)設(shè)備操作、裝置(zhi)操(cao)作(zuo)規(guī)(gui)程(cheng)等為基(ji)礎(chǔ),按(an)照(zhao)實(shí)際裝置(zhi)的工藝、設(shè)備、控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)(DCS、SIS、CCS等)、化(hua)工過(guò)(guo)程原(yuan)理(li)、質(zhì)量及能(neng)量(liang)平(ping)衡(heng)、機(jī)(ji)械(xie)設(shè)備(bei)工作(zuo)原理等(deng)進(jìn)行全(quan)流程的1:1定制(zhi)開(kāi)(kai)發(fā)(fa)仿真(zhen)培(pei)訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)(tong)。
該項(xiàng)目(mu)將(jiang)在各裝置(zhi)實(shí)(shi)施(shi)全流(liu)程工藝模(mo)擬與模(mo)型開(kāi)(kai)發(fā)(fa)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)(chang)操作模(mo)擬(ni)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)(fa)、控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)模(mo)擬(ni)開(kāi)放(fang)、系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)集(ji)成(cheng)(模型(xing)與(yu)控制(zhi)系統(tǒng)態(tài)通信(xin)對(duì)(dui)點(diǎn))、工況開(kāi)發(fā)(包(bao)括開(kāi)(kai)停(ting)車(chē)(che)、故(gu)障工況(kuang)開(kāi)發(fā))、過(guò)(guo)程操作(zuo)指(zhi)導(dǎo)(dao)及(ji)考核(he)系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)開(kāi)發(fā)(fa)(針對(duì)(dui)不(bu)同工況(kuang),評(píng)(ping)分系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)(fa))等具(ju)體(ti)建(jian)設(shè)(she)工(gong)作(zuo)。
項(xiàng)目建(jian)成(cheng)后,陜(shan)化公(gong)司將利(li)用仿(fang)真(zhen)系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)進(jìn)(jin)行員(yuan)工培訓(xùn)(xun),結(jié)(jie)合與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)(chang)操(cao)作(zuo)系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)1:1還原(yuan)效果,最(zui)大程(cheng)度(du)給(gei)予(yu)員工新(xin)的思(si)想(xiang)或產(chǎn)(chan)生新的(de)策(ce)略(lve),還能(neng)暴露出(chu)原系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)中隱藏著(zhe)的一些(xie)問(wèn)題(ti),以(yi)便(bian)及(ji)時(shí)解決生產(chǎn)操作問(wèn)(wen)題,更(geng)大(da)提升員(yuan)工(gong)實(shí)際(ji)操(cao)作水(shui)平,滿足(zu)新(xin)業(yè)(ye)務(wù)(wu)新(xin)需(xu)求(qiu),提升(sheng)培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun)的針對(duì)性和實(shí)(shi)操(cao)性,提高(gao)員工操作技能,為(wei)陜化騰飛(fei)注(zhu)入(ru)新(xin)動(dòng)(dong)能(neng)?。?ke)技發(fā)(fa)展部??孔(kong)祥(xiang)玉(yu))
