“雙重(zhong)預(yù)(yu)防機(jī)制建(jian)設(shè)(she)”,即風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)(ji)管(guan)控(kong)和(he)隱患排查(cha)治(zhi)理,是新《安(an)全生(sheng)產(chǎn)法(fa)》新增企(qi)業(yè)主(zhu)要(yao)負(fù)責(zé)(ze)人法(fa)定職責(zé)之(zhi)一,也(ye)是(shi)實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)安全(quan)生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)標(biāo)本兼治的(de)重要措施(shi)和(he)抓(zhua)手???ke)雙重預(yù)防機(jī)(ji)制建(jian)設(shè)(she),怎(zen)么(me)樣(yang)才能便(bian)于崗位(wei)員工理解(jie)、掌(zhang)握(wo)并(bing)參與其中(zhong),是(shi)編制(zhi)起(qi)草實(shí)(shi)施(shi)方(fang)案時(shí)討(tao)論(lun)最多(duo)的(de)話(hua)題,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)“風(fēng)(feng)險(xiǎn)可(ke)防(fang)可(ke)控、能防能控(kong)、會(huì)防會(huì)(hui)控(kong)”,一種(zhong)“深(shen)入(ru)淺出、淺(qian)顯易懂、追(zhui)本(ben)溯源”的(de)“能(neng)量辨識(shí)”方法(fa),作為(wei)雙(shuang)重預(yù)(yu)防(fang)機(jī)(ji)制(zhi)建設(shè)(she)優(yōu)化(hua)、鞏(gong)固的(de)措(cuo)施,得到推(tui)行并運(yùn)(yun)用。
