公司電(dian)儀(yi)分廠全(quan)力支持用(yong)數(shù)智(zhi)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)改(gai)造(zao),有(you)效(xiao)解(jie)決原(yuan)運(yùn)皮帶(dai)氣體報(bào)警儀(yi)設(shè)(she)置問(wen)題(ti),在煤漿(jiang)泵(beng)、710工段、BDO甲醛裝置等區(qū)(qu)域(yu)優(yōu)化(hua)升(sheng)級高(gao)壓(ya)、中壓變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi),打造(zao)數(shù)智(zhi)技術(shù)在(zai)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化(hua)應(yīng)用(yong)示(shi)范,構(gòu)建(jian)起(qi)降本增(zeng)效、綠(lv)色(se)低(di)碳(tan)的發(fā)(fa)展(zhan)格局。
公(gong)司電(dian)儀(yi)分(fen)廠以(yi)國家標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范(fan)推(tui)動(dong)氣(qi)體報(bào)(bao)警儀、電纜(lan)敷設(shè)等優(yōu)化(hua)升級(ji),強(qiáng)(qiang)化制度(du)約束和(he)標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)(zhun)引領(lǐng),妥善(shan)解決高度(du)、數(shù)(shu)量、位置等問(wen)題(ti),促(cu)進(jìn)(jin)技術(shù)(shu)改造(zao)循環(huán)暢(chang)通。氣體報(bào)(bao)警儀(yi)由原(yuan)設(shè)(she)計(jì)(ji)的400余(yu)臺(tai)增(zeng)設(shè)(she)至600余臺。截至目(mu)前,已完(wan)成從(cong)總(zong)變至302C、302B及(ji)302E電纜(lan)敷設(shè)(she)共(gong)計(jì)(ji)27000米(mi)。成功解決了原有電(dian)纜(lan)橋(qiao)架與(yu)工藝管廊共(gong)用(yong)問(wen)題,極(ji)大地提(ti)升(sheng)了(le)電儀設(shè)(she)備運(yùn)行安全性。計(jì)劃(hua)于(yu)今(jin)年年底完(wan)成(cheng)對(dui)302A電纜(lan)的更(geng)換(huan)。改造至今(jin),未出現(xiàn)一起因(yin)電(dian)纜問(wen)題(ti)導(dǎo)(dao)致的非計(jì)(ji)劃停(ting)車(che)。
在(zai)瓜坡(po)變(bian)改造(zao)項(xiàng)目中,公(gong)司(si)電(dian)儀(yi)分廠合(he)理調(diào)整電力分配(pei),采(cai)取(qu)技術(shù)隔離、謹(jǐn)慎開挖(wa)等(deng)措(cuo)施(shi),在保障(zhang)生產(chǎn)的(de)同(tong)時(shí)穩(wěn)(wen)步推(tui)進(jìn)施工,為尿素(su)裝備(bei)提升(sheng)改造項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu)筑(zhu)牢(lao)堅(jiān)(jian)實(shí)的(de)電力根(gen)基。
