著(zhe)力生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)裝置(zhi)瓶頸,積(ji)極開(kāi)(kai)展技(ji)術(shù)攻關(guān)(guan)和技術(shù)(shu)引(yin)進(jìn)(jin),通過(guò)技術(shù)(shu)升(sheng)級(jí)實(shí)現(xiàn)能(neng)效(xiao)升級(jí)(ji),發(fā)揮(hui)科技(ji)創(chuàng)(chuang)新(xin)的(de)關(guān)(guan)鍵(jian)作(zuo)用。前期完成(cheng)的(de)合成氨裝置能(neng)效提(ti)升項(xiàng)目(mu)已(yi)基本達(dá)到(dao)設(shè)計(jì)(ji)指(zhi)標(biāo)(biao)。氣(qi)化(hua)爐(lu)D爐改(gai)造項(xiàng)(xiang)目采用(yong)晉(jin)華爐(lu)先(xian)進(jìn)的(de)水(shui)冷壁代替(ti)了(le)原(yuan)有(you)的(de)耐(nai)火(huo)磚(zhuan),并(bing)用新型(xing)下(xia)降筒(tong)替(ti)代(dai)傳統(tǒng)(tong)激(ji)冷環(huán)加下(xia)降管(guan)形(xing)式,改(gai)造后(hou)氣化(hua)爐(lu)從點(diǎn)(dian)火(huo)到(dao)煤(mei)漿(jiang)投(tou)料(liao)、升(sheng)壓(ya)并氣(qi)時(shí)(shi)間(jian)縮(suo)短(duan),拓(tuo)寬(kuan)煤種(zhong)適(shi)應(yīng)性,系(xi)統(tǒng)的運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)更(geng)加安全穩(wěn)定(ding)。料漿(jiang)法(fa)一(yi)銨改(gai)傳統(tǒng)(tong)法二銨(預(yù)(yu)中和(he)工(gong)藝(yi))正在進(jìn)(jin)行工(gong)藝及(ji)布置(zhi)設(shè)(she)計(jì)。1,4-丁炔二(er)醇系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)提質(zhì)增(zeng)效投(tou)入運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)后(hou)裝置效能明(ming)顯(xian)提(ti)升(sheng)。變(bian)壓吸附(fu)優(yōu)(you)化(hua)提升(sheng)項(xiàng)目(mu)并入系統(tǒng)(tong),實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)(xian)二(er)期PSA氫(qing)氣供一(yi)、二(er)期BDO加氫(qing)裝置同時(shí)使用(yong)。乙(yi)炔凈化設(shè)(she)備(bei)V8001-8003及精餾V8404塔(ta)內(nèi)件(jian)優(yōu)(you)化項(xiàng)目完成進(jìn)(jin)一步(bu)提(ti)升了(le)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)產(chǎn)能(neng)和(he)產(chǎn)品品(pin)質(zhì)(zhi)。BYD凈(jing)化(hua)工序設(shè)(she)施優(yōu)化項(xiàng)(xiang)目已進(jìn)(jin)入吹(chui)掃試(shi)壓(ya),計(jì)(ji)劃前半(ban)年并(bing)入(ru)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行。
聚(ju)焦(jiao)節(jié)能環(huán)保(bao),打(da)造(zao)綠色工廠(chang)
圍繞“雙碳”“雙(shuang)控”工作目標(biāo),聚焦(jiao)“三廢資(zi)源(yuan)化(hua)利(li)用(yong)”“清潔(jie)能源(yuan)開(kāi)(kai)發(fā)”等重大課題(ti)研(yan)究(jiu)應(yīng)用(yong),持(chi)續(xù)提升(sheng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)能(neng)效(xiao),優(yōu)化(hua)用能結(jié)(jie)構(gòu)(gou),打(da)造(zao)綠色(se)工廠(chang)。清(qing)潔能源(yuan)開(kāi)發(fā)方(fang)面(mian),分(fen)布(bu)式(shi)光(guang)伏(fu)發(fā)(fa)電(dian)項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu)也(ye)正在(zai)分(fen)階(jie)段建設(shè)投運(yùn)(yun);三(san)廢(fei)治(zhi)理及資源(yuan)化(hua)利用(yong)方(fang)面(mian),廢(fei)液資(zi)源(yuan)化利(li)用項(xiàng)目及(ji)BDO污水綜(zong)合治(zhi)理項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu)正在(zai)緊張(zhang)施(shi)工(gong)階段,濾機(jī)灰(hui)資(zi)源化(hua)利用也(ye)正在積(ji)極(ji)準(zhǔn)(zhun)備當(dāng)中。磷銨中(zhong)造尾(wei)氣治(zhi)理新增(zeng)中(zhong)造尾氣洗滌塔已(yi)完(wan)成等待停車(chē)(che)機(jī)會(huì)并(bing)入系統(tǒng)。電石(shi)儲(chǔ)運(yùn)(yun)工序(xu)設(shè)(she)備優(yōu)化(hua)與提升方(fang)面(mian),乙(yi)炔(gui)除(chu)塵器優(yōu)化(hua)及除(chu)塵器氣(qi)力(li)輸(shu)灰已(yi)完成驗(yàn)收,交付分廠(chang)使(shi)用。通過(guò)這(zhe)些節(jié)(jie)能(neng)環(huán)保科技(ji)項(xiàng)目(mu)的相繼(ji)投(tou)運(yùn),裝(zhuang)置(zhi)運(yùn)行(xing)效能(neng)得到進(jìn)(jin)一(yi)步(bu)明顯提(ti)升(sheng)。
同(tong)時(shí)(shi),科技發(fā)(fa)展部(bu)緊抓(zhua)日(ri)常成(cheng)本管(guan)理,立(li)足本(ben)職,主(zhu)動(dòng)作為(wei)開(kāi)展降(jiang)本(ben)增(zeng)效(xiao)工作,提出(chu)降本增(zeng)效的合理(li)化(hua)建議,積極做好研(yan)發(fā)費(fèi)(fei)用管(guan)理(li)、項(xiàng)(xiang)目建設(shè)過(guò)(guo)程中(zhong)涉及(ji)“三項(xiàng)設(shè)備(bei)”報(bào)備、ERP的(de)應(yīng)(ying)用和維(wei)護(hù)(hu)等(deng)成(cheng)本管(guan)控措施,通過(guò)(guo)我(wo)們(men)不懈(xie)的努力,一定(ding)會(huì)(hui)為陜化高(gao)質(zhì)(zhi)量發(fā)(fa)展(zhan)和(he)降(jiang)本(ben)增(zeng)效工作貢獻(xiàn)應(yīng)有(you)的科技(ji)創(chuàng)(chuang)新(xin)力(li)量(liang)?。萍及l(fā)(fa)展(zhan)部 任宏剛)
