自(zi)4月份(fen)創(chuàng)(chuang)建“五型”班(ban)組以(yi)來,銷(xiao)售(shou)運(yùn)輸公(gong)司班組建(jian)設(shè)逐步(bu)向系(xi)統(tǒng)化(hua)、標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)化邁(mai)進(jìn)(jin)。近(jin)日(ri),針對(duì)提(ti)升(sheng)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)中集中出現(xiàn)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)和不(bu)足,公司組(zu)織(zhi)了(le)7名班組(zu)長和職(zhi)能考(kao)評(píng)人(ren)員召開(kai)專題會(huì)議(yi),深(shen)入(ru)研(yan)討,精(jing)準(zhǔn)(zhun)施(shi)策,夯實(shí)(shi)“五(wu)型(xing)”創(chuàng)(chuang)建(jian)基(ji)礎(chǔ)(chu),助(zhu)推班組建設(shè)(she)作(zuo)用(yong)發(fā)(fa)揮出實(shí)效。
對(duì)照教程(cheng)、檢(jian)視(shi)問(wen)題(ti)和(he)不足,進(jìn)一步規(guī)范(fan)標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)化(hua)動(dòng)(dong)作(zuo)。
專(zhuan)題會(huì)上對(duì)陜化(hua)公司《班組(zu)交(jiao)接班(ban)會(huì)示(shi)范(fan)片(pian)》和(he)《班(ban)務(wù)會(huì)組織(zhi)實(shí)施流程(cheng)》進(jìn)行(xing)了(le)集中再學(xué)(xue)習(xí)。要求每名班組長(zhang)對(duì)(dui)照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自(zi)查在“交(jiao)接班(ban)會(huì)”和(he)“班務(wù)會(huì)”中(zhong)的(de)問(wen)題和(he)不(bu)足(zu)并明(ming)確(que)后(hou)期(qi)整(zheng)改措(cuo)施;班組(zu)長之間(jian)相互評(píng)(ping)價(jià)每日(ri)交(jiao)接(jie)班(ban)會(huì)開(kai)展(zhan)質(zhì)量,職能人(ren)員參(can)會(huì)監(jiān)督(du);每月(yue)班務(wù)(wu)會(huì)(hui)落實(shí)提(ti)前(qian)報(bào)(bao)備制度,主管(guan)領(lǐng)(ling)導(dǎo)、班務(wù)(wu)專干及職能人員(yuan)參(can)會(huì)對(duì)會(huì)(hui)議(yi)開展(zhan)質(zhì)(zhi)量進(jìn)行(xing)監(jiān)(jian)管評(píng)(ping)價(jià)(jia),力(li)爭(zhēng)在短期內(nèi)使7個(gè)班(ban)組(zu)“交接班會(huì)”和“班(ban)務(wù)會(huì)(hui)”的(de)開(kai)展(zhan)質(zhì)(zhi)量得到有效(xiao)提(ti)升(sheng),進(jìn)一(yi)步規(guī)范標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)(zhun)化動(dòng)作。
