為(wei)充(chong)分發(fā)揮女(nv)勞模先(xian)進(jìn)引領(lǐng)(ling)示范作(zuo)用(yong),帶動(dòng)(dong)女職工(gong)隊(duì)伍整體素(su)質(zhì)提高,公(gong)司工會(huì)(hui)女職(zhi)委(wei)積極(ji)探索創(chuàng)建新(xin)模式(shi),以女勞(lao)模(mo)(技(ji)術(shù)能手(shou))創(chuàng)新工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)創(chuàng)建(jian)活動(dòng)(dong)為抓手,精(jing)心(xin)打(da)造(zao)兩個(gè)女(nv)勞(lao)模(mo)(技術(shù)能(neng)手(shou))創(chuàng)(chuang)新工作(zuo)室(shi),培(pei)育女(nv)職工(gong)執(zhí)著(zhu)專(zhuan)注(zhu)、精(jing)益求(qiu)精(jing)、一絲不茍(gou)、追求卓越的(de)勞模(mo)、工匠(jiang)精神,有(you)效提(ti)升(sheng)了女(nv)職工的綜合(he)素質(zhì)(zhi)和(he)自(zi)主創(chuàng)新能(neng)力(li)。
近(jin)年來,兩個(gè)工(gong)作室不(bu)僅(jin)創(chuàng)(chuang)新(xin)成(cheng)果(guo)豐碩(shuo),為(wei)企(qi)業(yè)創(chuàng)(chuang)造(zao)一(yi)定(ding)經(jīng)濟(jì)效(xiao)益,還以“傳(chuan)絕(jue)技(ji)、帶高徒”為目標(biāo)(biao),開展(zhan)“導(dǎo)(dao)師帶徒”、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)活(huo)動(dòng),共開(kai)展各類技術(shù)(shu)培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun)20余次,培訓(xùn)(xun)人員(yuan)百(bai)余人(ren)次(ci)。
由電儀分(fen)廠技術(shù)(shu)骨(gu)干(gan)組(zu)成的許菊勤(qin)(技(ji)術(shù)能(neng)手(shou))創(chuàng)新工(gong)作室(shi)創(chuàng)(chuang)建(jian)于(yu)2018年(nian),擁(yong)有(you)女(nv)性(xing)技術(shù)能手1人(ren),高級(jí)(ji)工程(cheng)師(shi)2人(ren),工程(cheng)師(shi)2人(ren),高(gao)級(jí)(ji)技師(shi)2人。工(gong)作(zuo)室成員致(zhi)力(li)于(yu)電(dian)力系統(tǒng)(tong)及(ji)設(shè)(she)備(bei)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行攻(gong)關(guān)(guan),為(wei)企業(yè)電力系統(tǒng)(tong)的(de)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行(xing)奠定基(ji)礎(chǔ)(chu),完成(cheng)BDO綜(zong)合保(bao)護(hù)(hu)器(qi)改造、電(dian)力系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)倒(dao)閘操(cao)作(zuo)培(pei)訓(xùn)、復(fù)肥(fei)301綜合(he)保(bao)護(hù)(hu)器(qi)改造等(deng)項(xiàng)目(mu),其(qi)中“電力(li)系統(tǒng)(tong)倒(dao)閘(zha)操作培訓(xùn)”創(chuàng)(chuang)新(xin)項(xiàng)目獲陜(shan)化公(gong)司(si)勞模工(gong)作室(shi)2020年度(du)項(xiàng)目(mu)評(píng)審(shen)二(er)等(deng)獎(jiǎng)。
孫娟(juan)勞(lao)模(mo)創(chuàng)新工(gong)作(zuo)室現(xiàn)(xian)有成(cheng)員7人(ren),自(zi)2021年(nian)創(chuàng)建(jian)后,先(xian)后完(wan)成創(chuàng)(chuang)新項(xiàng)目9項(xiàng)(xiang),其中“氣(qi)化(hua)投(tou)料微量(liang)氧(yang)分(fen)析(xi)方法改進(jìn)(jin)”獲公(gong)司五(wu)小(xiao)創(chuàng)(chuang)新(xin)項(xiàng)目二(er)等獎(jiǎng),“煤(mei)中氯離(li)子(zi)分(fen)析方(fang)法(fa)改進(jìn)及(ji)乙(yi)炔氨分(fen)析方法(fa)建立”榮(rong)獲(huo)2022年度(du)工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu)一等(deng)獎(jiǎng),該(gai)項(xiàng)(xiang)目改進(jìn)(jin)煤中(zhong)氯(lv)離(li)子分析(xi)過(guo)程,成功(gong)分(fen)析(xi)出(chu)了(le)煤中氯離(li)子含(han)量,為氣化爐安(an)全(quan)、長周(zhou)期運(yùn)行提(ti)供(gong)了(le)可(ke)靠(kao)數(shù)據(jù)。完(wan)成污(wu)水(shui)中微(wei)量(liang)甲醛(quan)分(fen)析方(fang)法(fa)改(gai)進(jìn)(jin)、BDO活化(hua)廢(fei)水處(chu)理試驗(yàn)、分子(zi)量(liang)、堿值電(dian)位滴定儀干(gan)燥系(xi)統(tǒng)改進(jìn)(jin)等項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)(chuang)新。參(can)與編寫《磷酸(suan)二(er)銨分(fen)析規(guī)程》《比(bi)迪歐PT生產(chǎn)(chan)分析規(guī)(gui)程(cheng)》,發(fā)表專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)論(lun)文(wen)三(san)篇(pian);參與起(qi)草(cao)的(de)國家(jia)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)(xiang)目(mu)GB/T25254-2022《工業(yè)(ye)用(yong)聚四亞(ya)甲基(ji)醚二醇(PTMEG)》標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn),已由國(guo)家標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)(zhun)全(quan)國標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)信(xin)息(xi)公(gong)共服務(wù)(wu)平臺(tái)頒布,于2022年11月(yue)1日實(shí)施。2022年孫(sun)娟(juan)勞模創(chuàng)新工(gong)作室(shi)獲(huo)得(de)陜(shan)煤(mei)集團(tuán)表(biao)彰(zhang)。
在今后(hou)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong),公(gong)司工(gong)會(huì)女(nv)職(zhi)委將以(yi)“建功(gong)新(xin)征(zheng)程(cheng) 立(li)業(yè)(ye)展(zhan)風(fēng)(feng)采”為主(zhu)題(ti),搭建巾幗建功(gong)平臺(tái)(tai),通過(guo)女勞模(mo)(技(ji)術(shù)(shu)能手(shou))創(chuàng)(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)作室的引(yin)領(lǐng)帶動(dòng)(dong),培(pei)育(yu)廣大(da)女(nv)職工的(de)工匠精(jing)神(shen),讓工作室成為打造(zao)新一(yi)代(dai)知識(shí)(shi)型(xing)技(ji)術(shù)(shu)型(xing)產(chǎn)(chan)業(yè)(ye)工(gong)人的(de)孵化(hua)器。(工(gong)會(huì)辦(ban)公(gong)室(shi) 李(li)娜)
