職(zhi)工餐(can)廳(ting)膳(shan)食管理的(de)水平(ping),直(zhi)接影(ying)響(xiang)到員(yuan)工(gong)工作的積極性及員(yuan)工對(duì)(dui)企業(yè)(ye)的(de)歸(gui)屬感。針(zhen)對(duì)(dui)員工用(yong)餐(can)訴求(qiu)、意(yi)見(jiàn)和建(jian)議(yi),工會(huì)(hui)開(kāi)展深(shen)入(ru)調(diào)(diao)研(yan),系統(tǒng)(tong)破解員(yuan)工反(fan)映(ying)的共性需(xu)求(qiu)。以(yi)抓基(ji)礎(chǔ)(chu)管(guan)理為首(shou),制(zhi)定(ding)各項(xiàng)(xiang)餐廳(ting)管(guan)理制(zhi)度,明確(que)人(ren)員的(de)職責(zé)分(fen)工,要求食品(pin)經(jīng)(jing)營(yíng)(ying)許可(ke)證(zheng)必須(xu)上(shang)墻(qiang),餐(can)廳工作(zuo)人員(yuan)持健(jian)康(kang)證上(shang)崗;定期(qi)對(duì)(dui)餐廳服(fu)務(wù)人員(yuan)進(jìn)行(xing)膳(shan)食(shi)搭(da)配、禮儀接(jie)待(dai)等專(zhuān)項(xiàng)(xiang)培(pei)訓(xùn);同時(shí)為(wei)了(le)保障(zhang)餐廳后廚(chu)管(guan)理(li)規(guī)范化(hua),分(fen)別(bie)對(duì)(dui)磷銨、BDO、煤化工(gong)裝置區(qū)員(yuan)工(gong)餐(can)廳進(jìn)行了(le)電(dian)路、燃(ran)氣等(deng)改造,尤(you)其(qi)針(zhen)對(duì)(dui)復(fù)(fu)肥員(yuan)工(gong)提(ti)出的(de)磷(lin)銨裝(zhuang)置(zhi)區(qū)菜(cai)品(pin)單(dan)一(yi)問(wèn)(wen)題(ti),工(gong)會(huì)(hui)牽頭(tou)招(zhao)標(biāo),制(zhi)定(ding)管(guan)理(li)標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn),簽訂(ding)承包合(he)同(tong),對(duì)餐廳(ting)從(cong)環(huán)(huan)境(jing)衛(wèi)(wei)生(sheng)、菜(cai)品(pin)質(zhì)量(liang)方(fang)面(mian)進(jìn)行了全面(mian)升(sheng)級(jí)?,F(xiàn)(xian)如今設(shè)(she)有(you)早(zao)餐(can)6個(gè)小(xiao)菜,午(wu)餐4個(gè)(ge)熱(re)菜(cai)、2個(gè)(ge)涼菜(cai)、搭(da)配(pei)炒(chao)面、扯面、炒(chao)米(mi)飯(fan)、餃子(zi)等碳水(shui),晚(wan)餐(can)更是變(bian)換花樣(yang),油(you)干(gan)饃(mo)、蔥花餅(bing)、菜卷菜盒、剪刀(dao)面(mian)、雞撈面(mian)等美食(shi)應(yīng)(ying)有盡有(you),員(yuan)工的(de)訴求得(de)到了回應(yīng)(ying),工(gong)會(huì)也(ye)真(zhen)切(qie)地(di)把(ba)“食”事,辦(ban)成了“實(shí)”事(shi)。

工(gong)會(huì)(hui)堅(jiān)(jian)持(chi)從源頭(tou)上(shang)嚴(yán)把食(shi)材關(guān),每(mei)日(ri)專(zhuān)(zhuan)人負(fù)(fu)責(zé)督(du)促(cu)落(luo)實(shí)(shi)洗手(shou)消(xiao)毒(du)、佩(pei)戴(dai)口(kou)罩、衛(wèi)生(sheng)帽等要(yao)求,尤(you)其深入(ru)查(cha)看食(shi)品(pin)加工配料(liao)、輔(fu)料的進(jìn)(jin)貨日期(qi)、保(bao)存(cun)方(fang)式,物(wu)品(pin)防(fang)潮(chao)隔(ge)離擺(bai)放(fang)是(shi)否(fou)合規(guī);定期(qi)組(zu)織職工代(dai)表巡視(shi),圍(wei)繞餐(can)廳(ting)的(de)食品(pin)安(an)全衛(wèi)生、菜品質(zhì)(zhi)量(liang)、餐(can)飲(yin)浪(lang)費(fèi)等方(fang)面進(jìn)(jin)行專(zhuān)項(xiàng)(xiang)監(jiān)(jian)督(du),確(que)保(bao)餐廳(ting)各區(qū)(qu)域(yu)的(de)衛(wèi)生(sheng)安全及(ji)食(shi)品安(an)全;先(xian)后對(duì)操(cao)作(zuo)間原有(you)的老(lao)化排(pai)水系統(tǒng)(tong)、液化氣(qi)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)了全面(mian)改(gai)造;劃(hua)分食材(cai)粗(cu)加工(gong)區(qū)(qu),配(pei)置(zhi)加(jia)工(gong)臺(tái)面,保證食材不落(luo)地;改(gai)造凈菜(cai)儲(chǔ)(chu)存間,做(zuo)到(dao)庫(kù)房(fang)定置(zhi)擺放(fang)到位。各(ge)項(xiàng)(xiang)管理(li)措(cuo)施加強(qiáng)了后廚(chu)的安全(quan)性及環(huán)(huan)境的(de)美觀度(du),進(jìn)(jin)一(yi)步(bu)提高(gao)了員工就餐(can)安(an)全。
