近(jin)期(qi),為切實(shí)(shi)增(zeng)強(qiáng)(qiang)班(ban)組(zu)的凝(ning)聚力(li)、執(zhí)(zhi)行力(li)和(he)戰(zhàn)(zhan)斗力(li),進(jìn)(jin)一(yi)步鞏(gong)固(gu)班(ban)組在生產(chǎn)(chan)經(jīng)營(yíng)(ying)中的(de)基(ji)礎(chǔ)(chu)地(di)位,充(chong)分(fen)發(fā)(fa)揮班組的戰(zhàn)斗堡壘(lei)作用(yong),工會(huì)組織(zhi)開(kāi)(kai)展了(le)“班(ban)組長(zhǎng)公選”、“班組(zu)長(zhǎng)測(cè)評(píng)(ping)”工(gong)作(zuo),為班組(zu)建設(shè)注入新活(huo)力(li),增(zeng)添(tian)新(xin)動(dòng)力(li)。
班(ban)組長(zhǎng)公(gong)選“競(jìng)(jing)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制”
為了在員(yuan)工(gong)中(zhong)樹(shù)(shu)立(li)“崗位靠(kao)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、收(shou)入憑(ping)貢獻(xiàn)(xian)”的(de)管(guan)理理(li)念,為(wei)廣大員(yuan)工(gong)提供展示(shi)才華(hua)、擔(dān)當(dāng)(dang)責(zé)(ze)任(ren)的(de)機(jī)會(huì)和干(gan)事創(chuàng)(chuang)業(yè)的平(ping)臺(tái),2020年3月(yue)份(fen),公司工(gong)會(huì)(hui)制定(ding)下(xia)發(fā)班(ban)組(zu)長(zhǎng)公推公(gong)選(xuan)工(gong)作(zuo)實(shí)施(shi)方(fang)案(an),推(tui)行班組(zu)長(zhǎng)公(gong)推公(gong)選是創(chuàng)(chuang)新選(xuan)人(ren)用(yong)人(ren)機(jī)制(zhi)。8月份在七個(gè)(ge)生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)分廠、質(zhì)(zhi)量計(jì)量中(zhong)心、銷(xiao)售(shou)運(yùn)(yun)輸公司(si)、行政保衛(wèi)(wei)部10個(gè)單(dan)位(wei)開(kāi)展(zhan)了(le)班組長(zhǎng)公(gong)推公選活動(dòng)。共(gong)有(you)209名員工參加(jia)競(jìng)(jing)選,19名“新(xin)人(ren)”通過(guò)(guo)競(jìng)(jing)選(xuan)擔(dān)任班組長(zhǎng)。
班組(zu)長(zhǎng)(zhang)競(jìng)(jing)選從發(fā)布通(tong)知、推薦(jian)人選、資格審查(cha)、情況(kuang)說(shuō)(shuo)明、競(jìng)(jing)選演講(jiang)、票決(jue)辦法、投票(piao)選舉(ju)到(dao)公(gong)示階段,人力資(zi)源部(bu)、工會(huì)辦(ban)公室全過(guò)程(cheng)參(can)與,監(jiān)(jian)督(du)班組長(zhǎng)公(gong)選(xuan)工作(zuo),確保員(yuan)工(gong)的參(can)與度、組(zu)織(zhi)的(de)公(gong)信(xin)度(du)和(he)改革(ge)創(chuàng)(chuang)新(xin)的(de)透明度(du)。
各單位利用(yong)各類會(huì)(hui)議、工(gong)作(zuo)群(qun)發(fā)布班組長(zhǎng)公推(tui)公(gong)選通(tong)知,提早(zao)布署(shu),積極(ji)籌劃(hua),及時(shí)(shi)通過(guò)宣(xuan)講、會(huì)議宣(xuan)貫相(xiang)關(guān)(guan)制(zhi)度要求,分批分場(chǎng)(chang)次競(jìng)選(xuan)和投(tou)票,采用(yong)流動(dòng)(dong)票(piao)箱現(xiàn)場(chǎng)投票(piao),既(ji)保(bao)障(zhang)了員工(gong)的(de)權(quán)(quan)益(yi)又(you)不影響生產(chǎn)(chan),保證公選工(gong)作高效公(gong)平(ping)。
質(zhì)量(liang)計(jì)量中(zhong)心(xin)在競(jìng)(jing)選環(huán)節(jié)增(zeng)設(shè)(she)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)提問(wèn)(wen)環(huán)(huan)節(jié)(jie),結(jié)合安全(quan)管理(li)工作向(xiang)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)(chang)競(jìng)(jing)選人(ren)提問(wèn)“如(ru)果你是(shi)該班班(ban)組(zu)長(zhǎng),你該如(ru)何(he)處(chu)理”,“如(ru)果(guo)你帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)(dui),怎樣做才(cai)能避(bi)免(mian)事故(gu)的(de)發(fā)(fa)生”等問(wèn)題。考驗(yàn)了競(jìng)選(xuan)人(ren)的業(yè)(ye)務(wù)(wu)水平和(he)處(chu)置突(tu)發(fā)(fa)事件的(de)能(neng)力(li)。在(zai)磷銨(an)分(fen)廠競(jìng)(jing)選過(guò)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),每(mei)位競(jìng)選(xuan)人(ren)演講后,技術(shù)員會(huì)(hui)結(jié)(jie)合日(ri)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)對(duì)該同(tong)志的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)能力、組織(zhi)協(xié)調(diào)(diao)、存在問(wèn)(wen)題等(deng)方面進(jìn)行總結(jié)(jie)點(diǎn)(dian)評(píng)。對(duì)(dui)參(can)加(jia)競(jìng)選未(wei)擔(dān)(dan)任班組長(zhǎng)職務(wù)(wu)的(de)員(yuan)工(gong)作為后(hou)備(bei)人才進(jìn)(jin)行培養(yǎng)。

按照(zhao)公(gong)司關(guān)于(yu)加強(qiáng)班組(zu)建(jian)設(shè)的工(gong)作要求(qiu),工(gong)會(huì)高(gao)度重視(shi),組(zu)織(zhi)相(xiang)關(guān)(guan)部門討論研究(jiu)制(zhi)定方(fang)案,認(rèn)真(zhen)聽(tīng)(ting)取了(le)班組(zu)建(jian)設(shè)工(gong)作中(zhong)的意見(jiàn)和(he)建(jian)議,力(li)求(qiu)全面、深入了解公(gong)司班(ban)組建(jian)設(shè)(she)現(xiàn)狀,為(wei)解決(jue)班(ban)組(zu)建設(shè)中存在(zai)的問(wèn)題(ti)尋找(zhao)有(you)效方法(fa)。采(cai)取走(zou)訪、座談、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)(chang)查看等形式(shi),對(duì)(dui)基層10個(gè)(ge)單位(wei)班(ban)組建設(shè)(she)工作進(jìn)行了調(diào)研(yan),內(nèi)容涉(she)及(ji)班組(zu)安(an)全(quan)建設(shè)、班組(zu)長(zhǎng)(zhang)綜合(he)能(neng)力、員(yuan)工培(pei)訓(xùn)、員(yuan)工(gong)訴求(qiu)等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)。
用(yong)數(shù)據(jù)(ju)說(shuō)話(hua),獎(jiǎng)(jiang)懲(cheng)兌現(xiàn)。公(gong)司(si)工(gong)會(huì)建(jian)立(li)科(ke)學(xué)的激勵(lì)(li)機(jī)(ji)制,制定下(xia)發(fā)(fa)了《班組長(zhǎng)考評(píng)(ping)實(shí)施方案》,實(shí)行(xing)責(zé)(ze)任(ren)考(kao)核(he)制(zhi),動(dòng)態(tài)管理(li)班(ban)組(zu)長(zhǎng),把班組(zu)長(zhǎng)的成長(zhǎng)(zhang)納(na)入(ru)整體(ti)人(ren)才(cai)開(kāi)(kai)發(fā)體(ti)系(xi)和(he)人才(cai)強(qiáng)(qiang)企戰(zhàn)(zhan)略(lve)。實(shí)行班組(zu)長(zhǎng)月度綜合考(kao)評(píng)百分(fen)制,全面評(píng)價(jià)班(ban)組長(zhǎng)(zhang)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)績(jī)(ji)效(xiao)。按(an)照(zhao)工(gong)作特(te)點(diǎn)(dian)、性質(zhì)(zhi)、內(nèi)容,分(fen)權(quán)(quan)重由管理部(bu)室、生(sheng)產(chǎn)部(bu)室(shi)、單位(wei)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、職(zhi)能(neng)人(ren)員(yuan)、班(ban)組(zu)成員等進(jìn)(jin)行評(píng)(ping)分(fen),工(gong)會(huì)(hui)辦公室進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)(ji)后綜(zong)合排(pai)序。公(gong)司對(duì)月(yue)度(du)排名前(qian)五(wu)位的班(ban)組(zu)長(zhǎng)(zhang)分(fen)別(bie)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)1000元、800元(yuan)、700元、600元(yuan)、500元,所(suo)帶(dai)領(lǐng)班(ban)組各(ge)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)(li)1000元(yuan)。工(gong)會(huì)(hui)對(duì)(dui)年度累(lei)計(jì)(ji)排(pai)名第(di)一(yi)次數(shù)(shu)6次(ci)以上(含6次)的班組(zu)和(he)個(gè)人(ren)優(yōu)(you)先推(tui)薦(jian)為公(gong)司(si)先(xian)進(jìn)(jin)班組、勞(lao)動(dòng)(dong)模范候選(xuan)人(ren)。讓(rang)有突出貢獻(xiàn)(xian)的班組長(zhǎng)(zhang)及(ji)成(cheng)員(yuan)精神上(shang)受鼓(gu)勵(lì)、經(jīng)(jing)濟(jì)(ji)上得實(shí)惠(hui)、政治(zhi)上(shang)有(you)榮譽(yù)(yu),讓(rang)他們(men)工(gong)作起(qi)來(lái)(lai)有(you)信(xin)心(xin),有奔頭(tou)。
