近(jin)期,公(gong)司(si)開(kāi)(kai)展2021年(nian)三支(zhi)隊(duì)(dui)伍(wu)人才(cai)評(píng)聘(pin)工作,百余(yu)名(ming)原管(guan)理(li)及專(zhuan)業(yè)技術(shù)序列(lie)聘任(ren)人(ren)員,全體起(qi)立、重(zhong)新(xin)評(píng)(ping)聘,同(tong)時(shí)在大力開(kāi)展(zhan)職(zhi)業(yè)(ye)技(ji)能(neng)等級(jí)(ji)認(rèn)定(ding)工(gong)作(zuo)的基(ji)礎(chǔ)上,首次(ci)通(tong)過(guò)單(dan)位推(tui)薦(jian)、層(ceng)層選拔的(de)形式(shi),在(zai)專業(yè)技能人才(cai)中選聘(pin)了首席工(gong)程師(shi)及(ji)高級(jí)技(ji)師,正式宣告公(gong)司三(san)支(zhi)隊(duì)伍人才(cai)“金(jin)字塔(ta)”全(quan)面建(jian)成(cheng)。
公(gong)司(si)人(ren)才隊(duì)(dui)伍建(jian)設(shè)(she)工(gong)作(zuo)始(shi)于(yu)2014年(nian),最(zui)初(chu)的(de)聘任(ren)級(jí)(ji)別僅為單(dan)一(yi)的主任工(gong)程師(shi),評(píng)(ping)聘人數(shù)(shu)更(geng)是(shi)個(gè)(ge)位(wei),政(zheng)策(ce)覆蓋(gai)面小,員(yuan)工(gong)參與度(du)不(bu)高。為充(chong)分(fen)發(fā)(fa)揮(hui)“領(lǐng)頭(tou)羊(yang)”正(zheng)向引領(lǐng)作用(yong),貫(guan)徹(che)落(luo)實(shí)(shi)“人才(cai)強(qiáng)(qiang)企(qi)”戰(zhàn)(zhan)略(lve),經(jīng)(jing)過(guò)(guo)幾(ji)年(nian)的實(shí)踐與探索,2020年公司(si)制(zhi)定(ding)了《人(ren)才(cai)隊(duì)伍培(pei)養(yǎng)(yang)與建設(shè)(she)實(shí)(shi)施(shi)辦法(fa)》,成功(gong)打(da)通(tong)了管理(li)、專業(yè)(ye)技術(shù)(shu)、技(ji)能操作三個(gè)序(xu)列13級(jí)(ji)晉(jin)升通道,并依(yi)據(jù)工(gong)作(zuo)需(xu)要,對(duì)管理序(xu)列G2級(jí)、專業(yè)技術(shù)序列J2級(jí)、技(ji)能(neng)操(cao)作序(xu)列(lie)C4級(jí)(ji)及以上(shang)人(ren)員(yuan)實(shí)(shi)行(xing)聘(pin)任(ren)制(zhi),自下而(er)上層(ceng)層選(xuan)拔(ba)、公開(kāi)(kai)聘任(ren)、動(dòng)態(tài)管(guan)理(li)。
實(shí)施(shi)辦(ban)法(fa)首(shou)次(ci)將人(ren)才(cai)隊(duì)伍建(jian)設(shè)與(yu)培養(yǎng)工(gong)作提(ti)高到(dao)制(zhi)度(du)層面,系統(tǒng)(tong)的(de)繪就了三支隊(duì)(dui)伍(wu)人(ren)才(cai)晉(jin)升(sheng)藍(lán)(lan)圖,讓員工(gong)職業(yè)晉(jin)升看得到(dao)、摸得(de)著。2021年(nian),為(wei)全力(li)打造(zao)“賽(sai)馬(ma)”機(jī)制(zhi),充分發(fā)揮人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理念(nian),公司(si)先后從三(san)支(zhi)隊(duì)伍人(ren)才中選(xuan)拔20余(yu)人晉(jin)升(sheng)中層四(si)級(jí)管(guan)理崗(gang)位(wei),并(bing)嚴(yán)(yan)格(ge)依據(jù)(ju)履職(zhi)情況,建立月度排名及末位淘汰(tai)機(jī)(ji)制(zhi)。同(tong)時(shí)(shi)對(duì)三支隊(duì)伍(wu)人(ren)才進(jìn)行(xing)了(le)重新評(píng)(ping)聘。據(jù)(ju)統(tǒng)計(jì)(ji),本(ben)次共取(qu)消聘(pin)任(ren)6人,新聘(pin)任(ren)21人,級(jí)別晉升9人(ren),其(qi)中首(shou)次(ci)評(píng)聘首(shou)席(xi)工(gong)程師(shi)1人(ren)、高級(jí)(ji)技(ji)師(shi)7人(ren),嚴(yán)(yan)格按照(zhao)聘(pin)任級(jí)別兌(dui)現(xiàn)相(xiang)應(yīng)待(dai)遇(yu),其中(zhong)首(shou)席工程(cheng)師(shi)可享受中層(ceng)四(si)級(jí)崗(gang)位工資標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)(zhun)。
