近日,電(dian)儀(yi)分(fen)廠工會(hui)被陜西(xi)省總(zong)工(gong)會(hui)授(shou)予“陜西省模(mo)范職(zhi)工小家(jia)”稱號。這是該單位繼榮(rong)獲(huo)陜煤集(ji)團(tuán)模(mo)范職(zhi)工(gong)小(xiao)家、陜(shan)西省能(neng)源(yuan)化(hua)工(gong)地(di)質(zhì)工(gong)會模范職(zhi)工(gong)小(xiao)家后(hou),又?jǐn)孬@的(de)第三個(gè)重量(liang)級殊榮(rong)。
電儀(yi)分(fen)廠(chang)擔(dān)(dan)負(fù)(fu)著全公(gong)司(si)電力(li)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)(yun)行和儀(yi)表(biao)自動(dòng)(dong)化(hua)控(kong)制,現(xiàn)有職工(gong)242人。分(fen)廠工會(hui)致力營(ying)造以(yi)人(ren)為(wei)本、團(tuán)(tuan)結(jié)友善(shan)、理(li)性(xing)平和(he)、充滿(man)活(huo)力(li)的(de)和諧(xie)氛(fen)圍。

分廠工(gong)會健(jian)全組織機(jī)構(gòu),職(zhi)責(zé)明確(que),以推(tui)行(xing)廠務(wù)公開、民(min)主(zhu)管理(li)為重點(diǎn)(dian),邀(yao)請(qing)職(zhi)工(gong)代(dai)表(biao)參加(jia)分廠例會(hui)的形式(shi),及(ji)時(shí)(shi)傳達(dá)(da)公司職代會(hui)精(jing)神、重(zhong)大(da)決(jue)策(ce)、生(sheng)產(chǎn)管理、先(xian)進(jìn)評(ping)選(xuan)、職工(gong)福利(li)、獎(jiǎng)(jiang)金(jin)分配等涉及(ji)職工切(qie)身(shen)利(li)益的(de)重大事(shi)項(xiàng)(xiang),做好“上(shang)傳(chuan)下達(dá)(da)”和意識形態(tài)(tai)工作。充分(fen)調(diào)動(dòng)了廣大職(zhi)工的積(ji)極性(xing),保證了職(zhi)工民主(zhu)參(can)與(yu)權(quán)、民(min)主(zhu)管(guan)理權(quán)、民(min)主(zhu)監(jiān)督(du)權(quán)(quan)的有效落實(shí)(shi)。

分(fen)廠工會(hui)始終(zhong)把(ba)職(zhi)工的冷暖放(fang)在(zai)心頭,用心(xin)用情(qing)用(yong)力辦(ban)好(hao)廣(guang)大(da)職(zhi)工(gong)的操(cao)心(xin)事、煩(fan)心事、揪(jiu)心(xin)事(shi),建立(li)內(nèi)部困(kun)難職工(gong)幫扶(fu)檔(dang)案,積極開(kai)展“冬(dong)送(song)溫暖(nuan)、夏送清涼”等(deng)活(huo)動(dòng)(dong),主(zhu)動(dòng)(dong)摸(mo)清(qing)困難(nan)職(zhi)工(gong)實(shí)際,深入職(zhi)工(gong)家(jia)庭(ting),對生病住(zhu)院的(de)職(zhi)工和(he)家屬(shu)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)慰問探(tan)望(wang)16人(ren)次(ci),認(rèn)(ren)真(zhen)傾聽(ting)職工(gong)訴求(qiu),解決(jue)職(zhi)工(gong)后(hou)顧之(zhi)憂(you)。高(gao)溫季節(jié)(jie),購(gou)置(zhi)防暑降(jiang)溫(wen)飲品送(song)至(zhi)檢修(xiu)現(xiàn)場,讓職(zhi)工在炎炎(yan)夏(xia)日里(li)感(gan)受到(dao)組(zu)織的(de)關(guān)(guan)懷(huai)。為退(tui)休(xiu)的(de)6名(ming)職工每(mei)人送(song)上(shang)水(shui)晶紀(jì)(ji)念(nian)品(pin)和四件(jian)套慰問品(pin),感謝他們(men)對(dui)企業(yè)(ye)做(zuo)出的(de)貢獻(xiàn)(xian),祝福(fu)退(tui)休生活(huo)幸(xing)福。
強(qiáng)化技能(neng)培(pei)訓(xùn)?建(jian)設(shè)(she)“成(cheng)長之家”
創(chuàng)(chuang)建(jian)許(xu)菊勤(技術(shù)能手(shou))工(gong)作室,該(gai)工(gong)作室技(ji)術(shù)人(ren)員(yuan)對公司的電力供電系(xi)統(tǒng)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)了全部(bu)更新(xin),聯(lián)(lian)系生(sheng)產(chǎn)廠(chang)家(jia)制作了移動(dòng)電力(li)系統(tǒng)(tong)模(mo)擬(ni)屏,直(zhi)觀(guan)顯(xian)示(shi)整(zheng)個(gè)公司電(dian)力(li)系統(tǒng)。在去年(nian)公(gong)司(si)組(zu)織(zhi)的(de)職工(gong)技(ji)能(neng)大(da)賽電(dian)工技(ji)術(shù)比武(wu)現(xiàn)(xian)場,參(can)賽選(xuan)手和(he)觀(guan)摩的(de)員工予以肯定(ding),將理論(lun)考試和實(shí)(shi)際模擬操(cao)作相(xiang)結(jié)(jie)合(he)的培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun)方式(shi)進(jìn)行(xing)推廣。加強(qiáng)技能培(pei)訓(xùn)(xun)、完善崗(gang)位目(mu)標(biāo)考核(he),簽(qian)訂師(shi)徒(tu)協(xié)議(yi)、每月(yue)進(jìn)行(xing)考評(ping),確(que)保(bao)師傅真心教(jiao),徒弟(di)認(rèn)真學(xué),促(cu)使(shi)青(qing)工(gong)快速成(cheng)長(zhang),具備(bei)獨(dú)(du)立(li)上崗(gang)的(de)能(neng)力(li)。營(ying)造(zao)了“比(bi)、學(xué)、趕、超(chao)”的(de)良(liang)好工作(zuo)氛圍。
